Reserve by the lake is a very great environment especially for kids its near alot of schools and the people here are awesome! Its been 3 years since ive been here and I’ve never received any problems. The management is very nice. I recommend coming here.

It is a very nice place, the person who attended us showed us the place and met all the expectations we had.

Nice community, but if you need something fixed, or checked on, takes a while to get to. Multiple maintenance request having to be sent out and even sometimes saying completed when not even completed. Other than that. It’s okay. I constantly have to ask about my maintenance request! I still haven’t gotten the front gate set up with my number after I called many times for it to be set up so I can let guest in.

Toured with Mr. Monday. It was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever encountered. Superb customer service and most importantly, incredibly helpful. I left with everything except for the keys. Thank you, for such an amazing experience. Looking forward to calling this community home by the grace of god.

Reserve by the Lake is a Great place to call home! Large spacious apartments and beautiful landscaping.
The office staff is efficient, understanding, and very helpful. Maintenance crew is wonderful too - property is always clean.

Don't move here, they management sucks, they consistently talked down to my wife, told us they sent us things and regular communication when they didn't even when we showed them proof.then they wont even issue you a final bill, they will send you straight to a debt collector.utterly ridiculous practice

The reserve by the lake has one of the best staff and a very helpful team. We stopped by to view apartments and let me tell you I was amazed how they were well maintained how polite everyone was to my family and I. Front office did a good job in helping us with our choosing process of apartments and with our move in application, our viewing process and service. It felt like family we had our kiddos and they did a good job making us all feel seen, heard, appreciated we had never felt that way until we walked into the office of Reserve by the lake. Thank you team!

The assistant manager who assisted me, was very kind and very detailed on everything. Gave me a tour around the whole community! Every other please I’ve went to they’ve never taken the time to do so. I loved everything about coming to a tour at The Reserve By The Lake! Thank you for making me feel welcomed.

I accompanied my sister when she toured an apartment at the Reserve and we were both very impressed with the complex. The facilities are beautiful and the staff are friendly and professional, especially Alanna, who assisted us throughout the tour. She was very cheerful, welcoming and knowledgeable.

Horrible place to live unless you like to spend money and waste it on stuff that you can't even use like the pools they can't even stay open for more than a day or two and the front pull the big ones always closed in the small one now they can say open for more than a day or two but for the due places horrible waste of money and the pools always closed they should leave it open get the pool working finally

Overall it’s a really great location, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The ducks, the lake, the greenery really make it feel more homey. It’s a great place for kids and if you’re looking to find a place where you can relax but also be close to the city, definitely the right place. The new management has definitely improved the place by keeping the it clean and organized.

Worst life maintenance. Never in the almost 2 years that I have been here have I been able to go even once to the pool, always dirty, always closed.

Had a fantastic experience looking for a home to stay and Alanna helped me out from moment i walked in i know she was going be able to help me out and take care of me. Im happy to say i never had such an experience looking for a place to stay thank you Alanna
