Reservoir at Toyota Music Factory, Irving TX

I have been here multiple times and its a chill bar/restaurant. Nothing crazy in terms of the food or the drinks, but out of all the bar/restaurants at the Toyota Music Factory complex it's the one that feels the least corporate. Staff is friendly and they play decent music in the background. Good happy hour too.

* Bonus on the weekends apparently they have dj's and the place turns into something of a bar/nightclub

Reservoir is a high-energy bar and a best bar in dallas for your late night outing, and when you want to chill out with your friends and love one.

Reservoir opens till 2am and has great selection for both food and alcohol and tap beers.

I have been with my friends and now we are going every weekend to enjoy our time.

It's is located in Toyota Music Factory, and has great ambiance and music.

Trust me at the weekend you will love this place, but don't forget to take your ID along with you, as they might want to check the same.

I typically have a good time here! Tonight we had a waitress that intentionally ignored us and we ordered drinks at the bar. When a yt couple walked in she was eager to help them. When addressed she told security we were aggressive and they asked us to leave without asking what happened they automatically took what she said and ran with it. We promptly disputed the charges because we were not allowed to simply finish our drinks. We come here often and the waiter we typically have in that particular section is always nice and attentive I wish I could remember her name.

The music volume was better this time around than a few months ago. I've been 3 times. The first 2 times the music was WAY TOO LOUD. You literally have to shout at the person next to you or across the table. Left with a damn headace both times. This last time was just a few days ago. Music volume was better. Service was good. Food.alright.

I’d give it more. My bartender was very nice. I presented a card to a female bartender and said “please leave it open” then she happened to open and close me out under same time. Granted. Miscommunication. I’ll put the ball in her court and blame on me. So then after I consumed my beverage. I politely asked to reopen my tab and order same thing I had and all that took place…. So we know and I know sometimes nature calls and we need to use the restroom within so I go use the restroom and come back and my point of interest. Aka where I left my beverage so I could use the restroom. The female bartender gave my singular spot away. (Yes, one person) gave it away and then had the audacity to tell me well you left and first come first serve. Yeah not acceptable. She lost money and the business itself lost money with that dont give a F attitude. Y’all are wild with y’all’s business practices. She had at least a blue bill easily on tip cause I was aware of her efforts but my goodness. Refrain from hiring pitbulls back there. She did me dirty. I treated her with respect. Didn’t challenge her intelligence or anything. She bullied me out that bar and that’s foul! Try again. Ps I had no food… oh yet I seen the tip portion show up. Pull my tab. I still took care of her sorry provided service. I still made sure not to short change her and be spiteful. I’m not him

Staying in Irving for 6 days - frequented the Reservoir often. Excellent vibe, service, personable and friendly staff. Jay was amazing - we learned a lot about the area which was helpful as it’s our first time to the area. Brennen served us multiple times during the trip, each time we had top notch service. Great place to watch football!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Reservoir in Las Colinas, TX, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.

This is in a near area amongst other restaurants and a concert venue. In the middle of this yard connected to the restaurant is an open space to sit in the sun or play corn hole or connect four. It looks like there is a stage to see events when they have them. The food was disappointing. I had the paramsean chicken sandwich and it was bland. The table shared fries which were good but smaller than other places for an appetizer. Drinkers were eh. Nothing eye catching. Smaller glasses and no one at the table was pleasantly surprised. The environment is nice. There is outdoor seating with heaters. Lots of tvs around the bar, clean, cozy. Parking was terrible. Nothing free was available so you have to pay at a garage and get validated by the server with some QR.

I was going to let this go but I just can't do it. The more I thought about it the more it bothered me. The establishment itself was fantastic, the ambiance great, but our bartender Whitney left a lot to be desired. It started out with me walking up to the bar to order drinks and she wouldn't even acknowledge me until my girlfriend walked up. She would only take the order from her. I didn't like it but I let it slide. A little while later we order a pizza and go back and sit at our booth to drink and chat. After waiting for around 45 minutes or more and the bar not very busy at the time I went back up to check on our food. She goes oh, here you go and picks the pizza up off of the bar beside her. Needless to say it was not even room temperature anymore. If we had walked off that would be one thing, but we were in the booths next to the bar. Had our experience not been so amazing on our 1st visit on a Sunday night we probably would have not returned. Do yourself a favor if she is your bartender look for a server or another bartender.

Service was amazing tonight! As soon as we sat down we were waited on! The woman server was sweet, she swapped out closer to the end of the night and made sure to put the correct college football game on for us! The gentleman she swapped out with after her shift was extremely sweet! He applied a military discount, and told us his story about his injuries. He was extremely sweet! The food was really great! Great atmosphere also!

The food was FIRE! If you don’t try this spot out you are missing out! When you go ask for Destiny to be your server she’s the BEST and a really hard worker

First time with colleagues for a happy hour and was really impressed. Casual place, great service and good food. Plenty beer and cocktail options and finger food. We ordered a lot of appetizers and everything was really good. Even though the restaurant was crowded, the service was on point. Our server was very sweet and really took care of us. Drinks were available at a happy hour price but not food since It was a concert day. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and If it hadn’t been this hot we’d prefer to sit outside. Overall a very good experience and would recommend checking the place out.

Encountered this place on a slow day. Had a drink and went to the Cajun place across the way. We noticed one of the employees from Reservoir looked familiar there. He kept leaving going back and forth from Reservoir to the Cajun place across the way. No wonder
service was slow while at Reservoir. He literally kept walking in and out lifting his shirt showing his nipples to the bartender at the Cajun place. Two ladies were sitting at the side of the bar and he was rude to one of them when she mentioned him keeping his shirt down. The whole experience was strange. Several patrons were discussing it and we agreed this behavior from employees was beyond NOT worth the money. The chicken was not great enough for that show.
Where was management? We could not find one manager in either place.

When you're ready to have a few drinks, this is a great place to do it. Whitney and the gang make it a great time. Great service, great atmosphere, and great bar food for the drunk munchies. Get the crew together and check it out.

Could not stay was too loud and the table was dirty. Asked to have it cleaned when they asked what we wanted to drink. They said I would have to wait so she could close out Two tables going to the concert. We didn't stay. Wanted to make sure she had all the time needed for the concert people.
Again did not eat I am sure the food would have been pretty good.
