Residence at Lake Jackson Apartments

I have lived here for almost a year now and I have loved it so far. The maintenance people are also very friendly and fast. Neighbors are great as well. And the ladies in the office are super awesome! I feel like they are managing everything very well

Overall great location in Lake Jackson, quiet safe area and close to everything. As only here for a year and would have stayed longer. They accept giant dog breeds

Issues: Crazy amounts of roaches, even after being sprayed by professionals. Pool was always closed, turned green every week. Gate always broken.

Pros: Easy parking, decent maintenance, different food trucks every week for residents

My refrigerator broke and they've taken about 3 weeks now to not fix it. My washer and dryer barely work, Oh and my apartment keeps flooding from God knows what. They're also incredibly expensive to be having this many major issues.

I love this property soo much! Everything is so clean and the environment is very welcoming and nice. I also love how professional the staff is. Nicole and Hannah are the best! I never have any problems with communication with them.

Lived here for two months so far it is so peaceful and I love the amenities! Great location, right in the middle of the mall and major stores.

The apartments are nice, but management leaves a lot to be desired. We originally wanted a 6 month lease because I knew I wouldn’t be in this area too much longer, when we were signing up for it, we noticed the form said a 1 year lease. We informed management and they said they would change it. Well 3 months later it was never changed and now I have to break this lease and they are claiming we never talked about a 6 month.
