I would say this is the top of the lime residence Inn. Rooms were very nice. The front desk people were very nice.my only complaint I asked for extra pillows and he brought me square pillows that you would put on a sofa so they wouldn’t stack for me actually be able to use. But I have to give the guy E for effort.

Baby cockroach on the bed. We tried to ask for our money back within 30 minutes of checking in. But was told, they can’t do that. Unfortunately it was money down the drain for us. There was also nasty blood looking footprints in the elevator.

Pray that you never have an issue regarding your reservation here because the manager Dafne Gutierrez is completely useless. By far the worst manager interaction I’ve ever had. After four months of trying to contact her she finally reaches out only to tell me that she doesn’t have the time to explain it to me then proceeds to hang up. This location needs new management desperately.

INFESTED! This is the first time we have ever immediately checked out of a hotel. The room was not clean at all. When we walked in, there were tiny black bugs on the floor scattering. Then the cockroaches started scurrying around. 3 roaches in total in the 2 min we spent in the room. NASTY

I recently stayed here for work, 10 nights. I love the full kitchen, although I was missing dish soap and asked for it, yet, it was not provided. Rooms are clean. The AC had a distinct musty smell, but it's not in all rooms. I will stay here again. Cleaning staff were all great. Lorena at the front desk was very kind and helped me out when I asked for a late checkout because my flight was changed. Laundry is $2.25 per machine. They have a great selection of food, drinks and snacks in their little food market. Everything is close, you have Target, Ross, Marshalls, Chase Bank, HEB, Kroger, Whataburger, Jack in the box, Starbucks. Very convenient area.

Everything was perfect. Shower! Kitchen but the bed was very uncomfortable. Big wallowed out spots on the bed. Hotel was opened in 2017. Beds didn't last. Otherwise, one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Amazing location, close to things you’d want (restaurants, shopping, freeway) but secluded enough to be off the main road and have solitude and privacy, and ample parking.

Room was nice and big, only dinged one star because bathroom had a LOT of ants the entire week we were there. I didn’t ask for a different room because I’m in a wheelchair and needed the accessible room, and the first room we were assigned to did not have a shower bench, so I didn’t want to NOT have a room if I complained. Other than that the stay was great.

Please understand my husband has been a gold member for over 15 yrs. We tried to contact corporate regarding this incident, they didnt care enough to contact us back. If I could give negative stars, I would. I dont even know where to begin. This is very emotional, so much so that I will never stay at another Residence Inn. However, the one in Tomball in May of 2022 was run by a hideous, uncaring, cruel woman and biased against people with disabilities; my son has Aspergers. We ended up at the Residence Inn when ALE insurance couldn't find us a house big enough for us, due to a busted pipe and cracked hot water heater during the freeze of 2021. I have diabetes and ended up in ICU for 3 days and 2 in a regular room, I almost died from a kidney infection that had went into sepsis. Just prior to this, I had mentioned to the front desk if they could ask the cleaning staff to be a little more detailed when cleaning our rooms: like get the corners and hairs in the bathrooms. We had 3 rooms: my 29 yr old son has Aspergers, my 2 daughters 8 & 10 yrs old, and myself. We paid premium dollar for broken dressers, sub quality rooms, lacking in maintenance. While I was in the hospital, things in all 3 rooms got out of control: Fast food, trash, dirty clothes, etc. My son was making sure the girls were fed and got to school on time. My husband was in NM working. However, the cleaning was overlooked while I was in the hospital. Long story, short.the cleaning staff came in just after I came home from the hospital and video taped me in my underwear sick as dog, in a bed that had no sheets, because they refused to put new ones on, because I asked them to be more detailed in their cleaning. We were paying over $500 a day for all 3 rooms. Not to mention that they stole 3 of my silver rings, my expensive jacket and some other stuff, expensive makeup, Chanel went missing. We had to put up with meth addicts above us smoking weed that filled my entire room with skunky marijuana smell and smoke, this was mentioned, nothing was done. Nightly, cars were broke into, so much so, that they had to put a police substation there. Within 3 wks after almost dying, I was asked to leave, because our rooms needed a lot of cleaning. They were not up to par, with no empathy for our situation. The manager that ran the Residence Inn, mocked my son with Aspergers and his younger brother as they loaded the moving van. We ended up moving to Staybridge Suites and WOW, how much nicer it was, breakfast was better and the staff was much nicer, kinder and more helpful. We are, so grateful for Staybridge suites. I probably should seek legal counsel.

Even though we live in the area, with our AC going out, I dreaded having to stay at a local hotel because of previous bad experiences. But from the very beginning, we were greeted by the friendliest staff from any hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms were very nice and exceptionally clean! Though the hotel has been there for 5 years, we thought it was brand new. Free breakfast was very good compared to other places we have stayed.

Walked in on a Sunday no one was at the front desk a young guy with thick curly hair walks out was very rude and condescending refused to look up a guest for me and then asked why can't you look them up with your phone or call them I said I didn't have a phone on me at the time was very rude and condescending he didn't have a name tag so I can't post his name but he has very thick curly hair and then he told me I couldn't leave anything at the desk for the custom customer of or the resident and then walked right back to the back

If you're driving a Toyota Tundra or Dodge Ram, I'd think about finding a different hotel as my truck was one of 4 to have their catalytic converters stolen in one night in the parking lot. Tomball police officer said it's an ongoing issue and since there are no cameras in the parking lot, I'm basically SOL. I'd suggest parking near the entrance, but honestly, the lady working the front desk was gone so often, I doubt it'd make much difference. The line of guests waiting at an empty front desk when we got back from dinner was entertaining. Charging full price without even a hint of concern or an apology was a nice final touch of customer service as well.

This was a great place to stay for me, my 3 littles, and my little dog. We had a great stay and will be back.

We stayed there last week and the front desk guy Laith was so helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and provided us with all of our needs. Overall the room was great and we liked our view. Will definitely be coming back as this was the best service we’ve had in a while.

The staff was extremely friendly. I requested early check-in and the room was ready when we arrived. Only 2 issues; room #208 smelled like wet dog and the towel hook on the door was broken. Other than that, the room is huge and it was very clean. I assume that the carpet needs a good cleaning.

Listen you charged me a extra $100. That's fine but you gave me two receipts that's state a different price. If you wanted an extra $100 then put it on the receipt. Don't do this shade tree business tactic of sliding in after the fact. Your not an Arby's your a Marriott. Your messing up my expense reports now. And now have wasted more than $100 of my time trying to figure out what's happened here.

Loved this hotel! But the manager Daphne should do a better job at hiring people that actually wants to work for Marriott. I didn't want to leave a bad review so spoke with Daphne about the situation I had the night of my stay. Which by the way was a total mess. The front desk is NEVER present even when you need to report a problem it's hard getting in touch with someone. I had to leave several voice-mails was put on hold really long. Good thing I wasn't BAS audit will be calling corporate on this location.

After 10 days all over Texas and Louisiana this is the most comfortable bed through our entire trip. The room comfortably accommodated 4 adults. The fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus!

We had one of the best experiences staying here.we came for a wedding in Spring and the night shift manager- maybe John? Was the kindest and most hospitable person we have come across in a very long time. He was friendly and helpful. He even cleaned and dried the cushions after a storm and turned on the fire pit so I could enjoy the area late one evening.great room, amenities, and service.
