Residences at Bear Creek, Greenville TX

I moved into Bear Creek Apartments just under a month ago.

I am originally based in Houston, Texas but needed to move down here in Greenville for work purposes. Upon literal tens of hours of researching apartments and making the trip down here, amongst 15+ visited apartments, Bear Creek was the standout by far.

The complex itself is great and all; very clean as well, would even go so far as to say even lavish. But what solidifies the right decision to stay here wasn’t only the apartment complex- it was James.

As the apartment manager, James is an absolute pleasure to have as the apartment manager. His work ethic is commendable, and he displays an unwavering commitment to promptly addressing the needs of tenants. Beyond merely fulfilling his responsibilities, James exceeded my expectations, demonstrating a remarkable willingness to go above the call of duty. I can coincidentally say that James has spared no effort in ensuring a seamless transition to my new residence and continues to prioritize my comfort, rendering my stay here exceptional. 5/5.

I lived at Bear Creek apartment for a short term when I moved to Greenville. Quiet and clean area. James was excellent and friendly. He cared about the residents.

I have lived at Residences at Bear Creek for almost 3 years. The grounds are always clean. Staff is very attentive. Quite community with a great location.

I lived at Bear Creek for approximately 15 months. Great staff and quiet facility. Two things to be aware of: Full size truck/SUV will not fit in 2 car garage and walls seem poorly insulated. Can feel heat and cold radiating through the walls.

We have enjoyed living here for the last couple of years. Scott and James have been amazing and is always available when needed. It is quiet and everyone has been so welcoming! Five stars for sure!

Quiet apartments with excellent, friendly management and maintenance. They are thorough, communicative, and quick to answer address any questions or maintenance requests. James, the property manager, is present on the grounds and good at building hospitality and community within the complex.

Wonderful place to live and is extremely close to the local college. The people whom work here are all friendly, especially Scott, who works in building maintenance, any time you put in a ticket for maintenance he is the one that does the work and if you have aspirations to own you own house some day he is usually happy to teach you how to fix simple things yourself, like how to get the garbage disposal unstuck.

I've lived at Bear Creek since 2020 and have enjoyed my place even through the ice storm. James and Scott have always worked hard to make things comfortable and nice for the community. I've never lived any where else where the staff is so nice. It is a quite and pretty community.

We have a great maintenance man. He shows up quicker than any other maintenance person I've ever known. He was quick, efficient, and genuinely cared about us. He even fixed things that we didn't know were fixable.

We lived at Bear Creek for a year. It was the 1st placed I move to in Greenville. I loved walking my dogs around the community and how neighborly everyone was. I love how serene the community is and the landscaping is so lovely. James, the Community Director is very personable and kind. He’s a wrath of knowledge and just a great person! Scott, the maintenance supervisor can fix anything and his wood working abilities are impeccable! I really miss being apart of the community and if I was ever in the market for a new apartment home, it would be at Bear Creek.

I lived at Bear Creek for 2 years and was constantly impressed with the management of the property. James is the most wonderful manager. You can’t go wrong with Residences at Bear Creek!

I applied at this place their website was down to apply online - then took 3 weeks after Emily told me I was approved I told her the date to move in and she after never replied my phone calls I went to visit she told in meetings all day come back - I was left hanging then found out the day I was supposed to move in she got another job out of state Deceived me never did paperwork she as busy looking for another job Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have lived at Bear Creek since 2015. It has been a wonderful experience. James the manager is great! We are so lucky to have him here. He's always there for you and I think he works way too many hours- he's so accessible. And always smiling and professional. Scott is our maintenance person and gets the jobs done very quickly. It's really a community and I certainly enjoy living here. They are always having events for the community here. They make you feel appreciated. Great to be here!

Thank you to Bear Creek for our first year in Texas. It is a friendly place to live with an awesome team. Maintenance issues were always addressed promptly. Neighbors were quiet and kind. I really miss Emilie and how good she was at her job. The apartments are older, but it’s a nice place to live in Greenville and Hunt County. It is a comfy/safe/calm/peaceful community.
