The folks here are nice and helpful. Most of the hats are sold leaving the shelves looking a bit bare but did find a hats that I like.
I ordered 2 pure beaver hats in August 26th of 2021 and was told it would be roughly 8 weeks to fill the order. After repeated attempts to reach Resistol
1.24.22,1.27.22 to find out when I would get my hats they sent me a message on 1.27.22 that they discontinued the hats and would send me a refund. Now 2.25.22 and still no refund. What the hell? Will I ever get my $2700 bucks back?
I made an order over a month ago, no response to order emails, called the company to talk to a person and was sent to a voicemail… seriously? I spent my hard earned money with this company and what do i get in return? Ripped off. I DO NOT recommend them, and i never will. Never had this much trouble trying to get a product that i paid for. I want a refund.
