Resolutions Hospice - Austin, Cedar Park TX

My stepfather passed away at an early age that we never spoke about what would happen if he should ever get sick. Here I am in Florida getting back surgery when i got the news he was sick. Now while i was beside myself with worry cause no one was there for him. However, someone was there for him. Resolution Hospice was. They really took good care of him and me. They did a great job of keeping me informed and not making me feel bad cause I couldn’t be present. I am truly grateful.

Such a beautiful sight to see each day, a team that is honestly a gift to so many families and patients in need of hospice. They are so passionate, honest and sincere about what they do. Each team member is knowledgeable when working with families. They are so resourceful too, The Social Worker is so experienced in dealing with someone’s end of life affairs, community resources and so much more. The Chaplains are beyond a blessing to so many people, they truly become your friend for a lifetime. Great guys. The very well known RN, LVN’s are honestly the best. Their communication and education back to families that are dealing with most stressful time is spectacular. The true staff members that are the Rock Stars of the company is the wonderful Hospice Aides. They are gentle and soft with the patients. Could not thank them enough for being great. Resolutions Hospice is the real deal, the true company of Angels of Hospice care in Cedar Park and Bastrop areas. Call them today if you need a good team on your side during that time.

We had Resolutions when my mother passed two years ago and they were great. My dad developed a great relationship with Pastor Danny. When the nursing home suggested hospice, we knew exactly who we wanted. Unfortunately, my dad passed just 2 days after putting him in hospice. The After-care service has been great. They do an excellent job of helping the survivors through all of the things that need to be done after your loved one passes.

I placed my husband in the care of Resolutions Hospice. The choice was just in time to help my husband and I through the last days of his life. The nurse Patty was wonderful to work with. She knew exactly what we needed to hear and do and exactly what my husband needed to get him through the the last hours in peace. She was so gracious to come every time we called her.

Working in hospice requires a calling and passion to engage with people and families as they are going through one of the most difficult times of life. The Resolutions Hospice team is full of people committed to supporting patients and families on this difficult journey.

I was very skeptical and scared at the thought of someone else taking care of my father other than me. It was difficult to make the call for hospice to come in, but I needed help. From day 1, my Resolution Hospice team took that fear away immediately. They communicated with me through each stage, they were honest on what to expect, most of all they worked WITH me. There are no words to express my sincere gratitude to my hospice team. They are absolutely fantastic! I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

We have used Resolutions twice. The brother sister team for my Father in law were wonderful. My husband recently passed and the nurse they sent that morning to evaluate his situation was on point all the way. I can't say enough about her knowledge. When he passed the nurse they sent in the middle of the night stayed with me until his body was picked up. The pastor called and was genuine and kind. The after care person who helps you navigate paperwork was very helpful.

These folks are my work family who I am blessed to walk along side of. Watching the way they love and care for each patients unique situation is amazing
to behold. Glad to be a part of this amazing team.

Mom was in an ALF when she caught COVID. She was immediately taken on by Resolutions, and by EOD already had a hospital bed in place for comfort. Their nurses, social workers, Chaplain, and others were all very kind and helpful right up to her last day. And they have post-death support services that greatly assist in dealing with things that must be taken care of.

After another company would not even consider admitting my mom, Resolutions took her on immediately after they were contacted. The amount of information they gave me was amazing. Unfortunately, mom went downhill very quickly. Within a week, she was gone. But during the transition phase, they were very patient with me as they explained everything. I am so thankful Resolutions worked quickly to serve my mom in her last few days. The assistance given from the aftercare coordinator was very helpful. I highly recommend Resolutions if you are ever in need of hospice services.

Caring, gentle, kind, informative, patient, attentive and professional are the first adjectives that come to mind in describing our experiences with Resolutions Hospice - not just for my beloved MIL, but for our whole family. They cared for and guided us throughout the final weeks and days, holding our hands, and sometimes our hearts, during this appointed season. We are grateful for their continued support in the Aftercare program.

My Father's doctor sent us to Resolutions and they were nothing but kind, caring, attentive and always available to us. They were swift to get us started and have been attentive ever since. I didn't realize there was an "After" program that they immediately start helping you with. What a wonderful company to have care for your loved ones.

Resolutions Hospice took care of my Mother in law and was such a blessing to our family. We felt supported in every way and it truly changed the last few months of her life and allowed her to pass away peacefully in her home.

I met Michelle Brunson and was truly inspired by the mission of resolution hospice. We are so excited for the partnership with Young's Daughters Funeral Home and Bereavement Center. We are getting ready to train and promote educationally together. We believe in an easy transition for families and have an outlet for self-help classes to help the journey. I recently joined Resolutions Hospice as their new Community Liaison and I am blown away by the heart of this company! Everyone from the Executive Director and the Office Manager to the Nurses, the Chaplains, the Social Workers, the Aides. EVERYONE at Resolutions Hospice shares the priority of raising the bar in standard of care for patients and their families in hospice. I am so thankful to be a part of that mission and to be a part of a hospice care company that cares so deeply for each and every patient and family we serve!

My mother entered hospice care shortly before her passing. Although our service time from Resolutions Hospice was very short, I continue to be very thankful my mother was helped by such a caring group of professionals. I know she received the best care for her final days.
