Would not recommend this bank to anybody. The employees need to be thoroughly re-trained about discrimination, and how to treat their customers. Until then, this place will be known as "Racist One Credit Union".

I've been a member of Resource One Credit Union for about 18 years and been to many of their locations except this one until today. That may change after today. After completing my transaction at the counter (so obviously I'm a Resource One member) I asked to use the restroom and was refused access, and told it was not for the public. I'm not a bum off the street. I have a disability Crohn's Disease. Excuse me all on your logo it says "member owned" I guess that means nothing. I bet money Chase bank would allow me to use their bathroom along with a plethora of other financial institutions that would be accommodating. Now I wonder why I should keep my money in your institution. -Update in reply to your response. When I asked to use the restroom there was maybe one person in line and at least three employees in the front. So someone could have escorted me if it was that big of a deal, basically it appears there has been a change of attitude in the credit union.

If I could give a 0 star I would. My family had a very horrific incident the other day with racism
and I would Never Ever deal or recommend this bank ever

I recently refinanced my vehicle and jose de paz is an awsome asset to your business he is very professional and vey helpful if i have any doubts or questions he will take his time to answer my concerns i just found out that he transferred to another branch which is further from my house but i dont mind driving a little further to get a peace of mind on my finances! Thanks jose

I was triying to refinance my house, i was talking to george christian, he was very rude and unpacient. Really bad experience i think the recidit union offer good rates, but this person shuld not work with customers.

Went in to re open my checking account. The teller was nice she asked the manager for help. They asked me for my i d wich i didnt know was expired. I asked they never asked for my i d before. The manager responded with an attitude and told me off in a rudly matter unprofessional. The teller should be the manager.

Went to see about getting an auto loan, spoke with Leonard Timmons the loan officer there and he offered great advice on buying my first car. He made the process so easy by getting me qualified for the loan, being a first time buyer I had a lot of questions about how auto loans work, he made sure to answer every single question I had. Resource one and Mr. Timmons really care about their members and made this experience a great one

Nice people. Tellers are to relax and slow pace. I like the R. L. Thornton Branch much faster and still friendly.

Lets stop feeding the monster (Banks too big to fail) and be part of a credit union. They make it easy to apply for loans as long as you bank with them. Nothing like the McDonalds-Banks! Try them.one has to wait to receive service but it is worth the wait.

Im so glad I joined a great credit union! Thank God! Amy caught my eye, because of her excellent customer service! I was already deciding on switching banks, and once I walked in I was sold for R1 southside! In addition, thank you Ericka for being professional, and opening my account!

Very hard to reach by phone. Erika Reyes and Iris, both managers, have outdated voicemail responses, neither return phone calls. Iris Montemayor was very patronizing when dealing with my senior mother. She acted put-off when asked to help. She made sure she had her coffee before attending to my mother.
