It was ok. I didn't care too much for the staff. The girl watched us check out, bag up our things and then proceeded to touch the items in our bag to see if it matched the receipt.

I witnessed an interaction between an employee named Lisa who was unjustly questioning a customer for grabbing too many boxes. Some items have a limit of one per membership card.obviously if they have multiple restaurants, they have multiple cards. Thus, they should be allowed to purchase up to that amount. You would think a business wants its customers to buy as much.too bad their employees are only hurting them

Barely cheaper than Costco. Unless you buy in large quantities for a restaurant or catering service, it doesnt make sense.
This particular locationnis dirty, staff not very friendly, and they drive forklifts inside in such an unsafe manner, it is a miracle no one gets hurt.

Customer Service is a joke, some employees are rude, always out of stock on the things i need, never again

Options are endless.it's a stressful trip unless you know exactly what you are looking for. We went a few times to scout the place before we actually made a purchase.

Went in for 2 small items. Store was very busy, checkout lines full. Got in line and the cashier tells me that she is closing, forcing me to go to another line and wait behind huge orders for 2 items! The professional thing to do would be to handle the 30 second transaction then close. I guess it’s more important for her to have her break or go home and it would be to take one more order.

Nice staff.arrived early didn't get dock till appt. But that's ok I was not in rush hour traffic.park on side along fence towards back.check in at rear of building. 1hr unload full trailer.

I can't speak to coming here as a customer, on the receiving side expect to stick with the appointment time. They are generally fairly quick at unloading.

Easy in and out today, some days like Friday morning as that is not the case. Should have all registers open on Friday mornings.just sayin

Went to buy fresh salmon and got what I needed to get good variety and selections from many brands also cheaper than cosco and us foods I highly recommend shopping at restaraunt depo

Excellent place to buy all your restaurant needs from meats to equipment. Be sure to check it out. There's a membership fee. And be sure to wear a jacket it's very cold in there

Often have credit card machine not working bc of internet, today Sunday 13 2018 I had to wait about 20 minutes for the card to work

The is a one stop shop for any food related business. I only wish there was one on my side of town. Traffic is always an issue, being near downtown. If you don't have patience, then this spot is not for you. The staff is friendly and very willing to help. I've been a customer for 10 plus years. This is my go to place. Open 7 days a week.

I really love this store, everyone is always very polite, works efficiently, and makes it a point to remember where you're coming in from. Always a great experience.

All about the management and staff. The store doesnt alwats have items in stock.but the customer service.and the layout of the store are great. They have any and everything you need for your restaurant or catering! Always friendly staff, even give you free ice packs to help keep your frozen items from thawing on the way back to your restaurant
