We (the entire family) prepaid our funeral and burial. They helped and respected our wishes despite the unusual traditions we requested. At the time we made a simple call and all was taken care of. Making the remaining household to deal and accept much easier. Thank you for honoring my late mother's wishes despite the opposition. She was honored to the very end.

Can’t say enough of how great of an experience I had with Restlawn and their employees were very nice and professional. Not only is the property beautiful but they made me feel like family. I definitely recommend them!

Our family was very pleased with our point of contact at Restlawn, Iraceli. There were very specific needs and we were trying to make arrangements long distance. She was professional, thoughtful and very kind.

This place is absolutely terrible. They lack respect, customer satisfaction and this only the beginning. They have taken it upon themselves to completely adjust my mothers grave marker stone because it "didn't" fit. We didn't get what we paid for and they've made unwanted adjustments. Not only have they made these adjustment but they have gone as far as installing the stone. Imagine, your loved one passes away and these people don't listen to your desires as to what you want placed on your loved ones grave. Better yet they actually install something that you didn't want. Please, refrain yourself from having your loved ones celebrated here. I'm sorry for myself and future unsatisfied customers.

The services at the funeral home and the cemetery were very good, on time, and with the correct information, the prices were very accessible and the staff was very attentive, answering all the necessary questions.

I took me a while to come here and write a review, but unless you don’t want to leave the cemetery crying or feeling like you made the biggest mistake of having your love one here, then go somewhere else. Maintenance is the worst part of the cemetery they are rude and useless, they mow with the tractor in top of flowers and plaques breaking and destroying everything and leaving all trash behind and grass on headstones, they honestly don’t care. There is holes everywhere, even under headstones and plaques. They only mow when they are told, I have seen trash in the same place for months and all they do is ride in their little car making it look like they work, but they are pretty good at targeting decorations that are left of family members at the graves. Sprinklers are always broken, there is even a sprinkler that hits a rock wall instead of the “grass” which it is not acceptable, let me make this clear “grounds are green because of the rain not because they water! ” They mainly “take care” of the middle garden and the gardens next to the walls are in bad condition, I have a family friend witness how a maintenance worker drove on top of my mothers flowers with the tractor and just put the flowers on the trash, now my mom has no flowers because of their careless, how can you not respect a cemetery? I regret so badly stepping foot into this place, but as in a time on pain you don’t think right. It is honestly horrible, it is always a thing whenever I visit my mom. “Maintenace” only seems to be there to open graves.horrible.
Your pain and loss is only going to be respected here when you are making arrangements and they are ready to take your money, after that you will receive everything except respect for you or your love one.

The cemetary is very clean, and not overcrowded, del angel right across cementary worked with us also, very pleasant and care to detail felt very good and beautiful spot for our loved one highly recommend.

We had the best service from Vanessa Castro. She took the time to explain every detail to us. She coordinated the service very professionally. We highly recommend

First, of all I wanted to thank everyone who helped us in the most difficult time, especially Vanessa Castro she was amazing and caring and explained all the details for my nephews services. She was attentive on everything. I would not choose anyone else to help explain and also the location was great to put my nephew to rest.

Unfortunately the customer service here is substandard. You won’t receive a call back and you will be lied to. If you post a public review the service will get better but only because they are hoping you will update your review to say they fixed everything.

A year ago I would have rated this place four stars. However: my recent dealings with them, I have discovered that my contact person and others left the company only to be replaced by less than honest, less than ethical people. I give them zero stars if I could. What a shame to see this once trusted and great place to go so far down is tragic. Simply put, so not do business with this firm. They are not to be trusted. I can't go into the details but there were serious issues and you nees to steer clear of this company.

My mother was buried here on January. Mind you my mom had life insurance They waiting till last last minute to tell my sister that they couldn't accept her insurance. They also told her that she was paying for two people. Unfortunately my brother just passed away so we reached out to Restlawn because my sister payed for two now they told her yesterday that she didn't pay for two and now we have to figure out how my brother is going to be buried. His funeral is next Friday This place is run by GREED. THEY LOVE MONEY THEY DONT care about your love ones. DO NOT TALK TO MONICA BALL SHES A LIAR. WE ARE GREVING THE LOST OF OUR MOTHER AND BROTHER AND THEY DONT CARE

TERRIBLE service, lies, they tell you what you want to hear, just to get rid of you. NO ONE wants to help to take care of your situation. Ive been waiting for a refund for two months already. They keep saying that they are waiting for cooperate. Who or what company takes two months to refund your money. The gentleman who sign me up should be taking care of it and communicating with me through the process. But, no I haven't heard from him once. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE.
