As someone who has been in the same job position for over a decade, it was tough to put into words the amount of work that has been done during that time. While the work day seems "business as usual for me, " the process with ResumeSpice made me truly realize how much work has been done in that span, and they encapsulated it beautifully in a resume.

The interview process prior to the resume being created was great. It felt like a nice warm-up to actual interviews, and it gave me a chance to knock off the rust a little bit. I worked with Caitlin, and she was great on the phone and asked questions to help her understand my work history and wordsmith it to bring out the best.

The 1st and 2nd drafts were easy as well. They provided the draft in a Word format with notes attached. I was able to hone in on certain areas to clear up confusion or add more context.

I feel compelled to share this review because this service is a complete rip off. I have had to COMPLETELY redo my resume for every job I have applied for since they “revamped” my resume last year! I wasted $600 for my resume to be in reformatted to a different font, as well as a horrible format that is nearly impossible to make edits to.

The rep I worked with asked for a for copy of my resume, and requested more insight. I had been recently promoted at the time and wrote a business justification document, which I also provided her. She basically just took that document and put everything into a different format/font. The final resume provided WONT even make it through any system for anything I’ve applied for. And to put it to the ultimate test, I asked HR at my current employer to scan it to see if I am eligible for the job I am currently in, and it didn’t go through! To top it off, since I had to take the time myself to rewrite it, I did research on Google and found a sample resume online with keywords and achievements exactly like mine…word for word! So she copied a sample from the internet and charged me $600!

I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. I want my money back. Buyer beware.
