DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here for four years and I paid my rent on time every month. I had to move out without given a 2 month notice when my leased had ended because of the increase criminal activity multiple cars and apartments break ins it was happening almost every other day. The day before I moved out there was 6 cars broken into the parking lot right in the front of the apartment near the leasing office My truck was next to two cars that were broken into. The management staff always put the blame on the residents by sending emails saying don’t leave valuable in the cars instead of them hiring a night security guard. The management keep promising to have a intermittent patrol security guard at night but they never hire one they just keep lying and keep sending emails about the criminal activity. They do not care about their residents safety at all! I was paying $1300 a month for a small one bedroom which was overpriced you would think they could afford to pay a night security guard. They stole my $900 deposit and they charged me $2600 for two months that I did not stay there they are a bunch of crooks! I am a frontline worker! I am a nurse and this is the treatment I have to endure during a very traumatic event like the COVID pandemic. I go to work to help people affected by this virus then I have to come home to this unsafe property then they steal from me and mess up my credit even when I finished my lease. Many of my neighbors moved out the same week or the week before I moved out some of them had to break their leases because it was so dangerous. My small dog was mauled by a pit bull that was off the leash the property manager at the time knew the restricted dog was on the property. The owner nor the property did not take financial responsibility. I was stuck with a $1,500 vet bill. They also allow a lot of restricted dogs on the property mostly pit bulls. I did not feel safe walking my dog and they did not force the dog that bit my dog off the property the owner lied and said she gave the dog away. I saw the dog being walk multiple times after the incident I even sent a video to management and nothing was done! There was two separate incidents that two men were killed on the property one Man was chased from the apartments next door he was shot in the eye and the knee and the second incident a dead Man was found in the back of the apartment’s by the pond the management never notified us which is illegal. The property has a snake and rat infestation it is really bad in the spring and summer! The old management staff Julie and Milton and Macy were awesome when they left the property went to hell! The only good thing now about this place is the maintenance staff the lead maintenance guy Oscar and his staff are awesome! It is sad they have to work for a poor property management company like this one. The property has changed ownership two time and this new office management staff is the worst they are a bunch of liars and thieves!
