Clean, well appointed, comfortable nail salon. No fumes. Free cocktail and reasonably priced. I followed my tech Ivy here from Evan's. (was Amy there). As a diabetic, quality pedicures are important. She does great and the place is super pleasant. Try the second level free parking across from the Westin.

I've been coming here for over three years. Love the quality of the work. My nails and toes consistently look great. I've never had any issues in the time between services, which is typically 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend Retreat Nail Spa.

I visited this place with my sister in law on March 4th to get pedicures I wanted a solar full set but had to make an appointment for the next day because no one could do it. We both loved the atmosphere so I thought this would be my new nail place. However, after getting my nails done on March 5th I noticed when I went home and took a closer look at my nails the polish wasn't over the whole nail. And a couple of days after my nails were done one of the nails broke from me opening a drawer? Then two more nails broke from me scratching my leg very lightly. So although the customer service was wonderful and the atmosphere was very peaceful I did not get service that withheld the test of time. It's only been a week and 3 nails are broke off.

I absolutely loved my experience at Retreat Nail Spa! Customer service was great and my nails look amazing! They took their time and did an outstanding job. Highly recommended

I have been going to this salon for like 4 years now and I have not giving them the ratings they deserve! I am in love and I will wait 6 weeks for my nail tech Tammy before going anywhere else! Tammy and Lyn are BOMB! We have developed such a beautiful relationship and It’s always a fun time when we get together! They always do my mani and pedi at the same time! Party!

I used to love this place.pre-Covid. My favorite technician, Jenni, did not return so quality is back to questionable. I tried it post-Covid for shellac and a pedi and both were very disappointing. They also don't offer adult drinks anymore either but still charge the same price. I always thought it was worth the up charge because I'd get an apple martini but those days are gone. They also charge an additional $10 "Covid" fee that they don't tell you about on the phone unless you specifically ask. I'm not super upset about this because even before all of this the millennial receptionist "literally" never made me feel appreciated as a customer but I kept going back because of Jenni. Ladies, you know what I'm saying. I've found a new place that reasonably charges for a shellac and doesn't up charge.

I love this place. My nails look just as good at Week 4 as they do on day one. I get the dip. Worth every dime. If you are tired of going to the shop every week for a fi. Come here.

Retreat Nails Spa is the most amazing nail salon and spa in the greater Houston area! I have been to other salons in Houston, but I have been going here for a year now and will never go anywhere else. My nails are always done with perfection and Jane is my favorite technician who takes wonderful care of me for my dipping powder mani, pedi, and waxing services. Did I mention the wonderful alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage service included? It adds the perfect touch to the relaxing atmosphere of my entire experience. The entire staff is always friendly, professional and courteous on each of my visits. They always call me by name and make sure I am well taken care of on each and every visit. Their procedures and stations are immaculate and always fully sanitized. For my son's wedding this past weekend, the staff accommodated all 12 ladies of the bridal party and everyone was extremely satisfied and happy with their new various nail services. I absolutely recommend Retreat Nails Spa as the place to go for the best nails that everyone will complement you on each and every time! Thank you!

They've got a small bar with free drinks.appts are never taken into acct so expect to wait. Good color selection but the polish won't last as long as other places I've been to. Chips and flakes started the second day. And, my friend picked up a nail fungus and athletes foot from her pedi. I won't be going back.

Pithy rhymes aside, I LOVE Retreat Nails Spa. I am here every 5-6 weeks because, even though my dip still looks perfect, my nails are too long and I can no longer function as an adult person. I've been coming here for over 2 years now and have never been disappointed. Everyone who works here is amazing, helpful, friendly, skilled and I think you may have to be funny in order for them to hire you! Point is, if you're not already going here, you should be

Got a standard mani with no color, just buff, and a hot stone pedicure. Loved it! Prepared for Covid and so relaxing. Almost fell asleep a few times

I am very pleased with the work Tina does with my hands every month. It takes time but it’s worth it. And I am also very happy that she recommended a good cream for my cracked skin on my foot that has caused me so much pain for years. Finally I bought something that fixed it. Ryan did a very good job on my feet also last time.

During this pandemic I have felt safe there because it’s very clean, plastic walls between customers and not so many people at the same time.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and every time I come out extremely satisfied. Tina always does my full set and they last me over a month without a refill. I absolutely recommend this place. If you’re going to get your nails done go to Tina.

Went in yesterday and came out completely satisfied. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful my nail tech who did my pedicure, Lynn and big shout out to Tina who did a "rose quartz" design on my nail and kept me laughing. I'll be coming back to you girl. Thank you!
