This by far, is been BEYOND a exceptional place to work and for the care of your loved ones. The effort and energy given is more than imaginable, which is a understatement! First hand and close up, the way the staff over extent their hands, loving hearts, and ears is Impeccable. It brings me great joy to come here and see the difference in the community of plano. The highly UNIQUE designed state of art building is modern, the warmness of the people therein i saw, is a plus, yet updates in the rehab community.

As an employee of Reunion rehab hospital, I am amazed by how leaders and employees come together in giving our patients the best. Teamwork makes things get done at the right time and leaves our patients satisfied by the care and the love they get from Reunion rehab team.

I’ve worked in a variety of settings before coming to Reunion, and I can truly say I’ve made the right choice working here. Not only is the leadership strong and supportive, but the team as a whole is encouraging and collaborative. I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day and leave knowing that our patients are getting the best care possible.

Such a great sense of community and intentionality here, I wouldn’t want to send my dad anywhere else. As a critical care nurse I am overtly confident in the competencies within all departments of this hospital. I get the chance of working with this thriving hospital along with others in the medical district of DFW and I am happy to associate my name and title with an inpatient rehab that truly provides maximum hours of therapy each day especially all throughout weekends -which is hard to find nowadays (emphasis on “truly”).

This is a great place to work. All are very caring and compassionate to help ensure patients get the care they need.

As an employee, I can say Reunion is an awesome place to work at, the leadership and staff here are great, and help create a positive environment here. The folks here also really care about the patients admitted to the facility and always strive to provide the highest quality care. Overall, it’s amazing to be part of this organization.

Staff in general are great. Best hospital food I have had. Confusion between the two doctors that took care of me that led total confusion about the treatment. There was no effort to reach out to my cardiologist before a radical change in my meds. I say that knowing that Reunion has the ultimate responsibility for my care.

The care my husband received at Reunion was outstanding. The staff was always attentive and caring. The CEO, Mr. Burgess went above and beyond with visiting us and others convalescing with words of encouragement and genuine care for how his treatments were coming along.

I personally was a patient here and had the best treatment and care from staff of all sorts. I recommend this place to anyone in need of care. The staff is absolutely the sweetest and very knowledgeable as well as warm hearted people. They always stay on the top of things and make sure their patients are well taken care of. The physical therapy here is incredible, they are really passionate and show you they care and are there for you. Dr.rizvi I suggest her for your wound care she is amazing and will have you healed in no time. I am really proud of the owner and his facility. Let's keep them at 5 stars this place definitely deserves it and more.

BEWARE! Don't leave belongings unattended!

My mom had a one week stay at Reunion at the end of July-beginning of August. We chose it because it was new, looked nice, and was close to her home.

My main concern, and the reason for writing this review, is that my credit card was stolen out of my wallet while I was visiting her. My wallet was not out in plain sight; it was in a shopping bag, so the person who stole it had to do at least a little digging around. It was a huge lesson learned for me, and luckily the thief didn't get away with much because of my awesome bank declining the charge the person tried to make. I just don't want the same thing to happen to anyone else. I called twice to report the incident, specifically so the person checking in visitors would warn them not to leave their belongings unattended, but unfortunately visitors were not being warned. I know this because another family member visited my mom the very next day, and they didn't say anything to her when signing in. I was completely disheartened by this incident because it seems much more likely that it was a Reunion employee who stole my card than another visitor, although I don't know for sure. I would not have expected my credit card to be stolen while visiting a rehab hospital.

I have already tried calling the number for Ty Burgess, listed on some of the other reviews, and it takes you to a full voicemail box. The two times I reported the theft to Reunion, they said it would be escalated to the top, but I sadly have the feeling that it wasn't.

**Edited to say that Ty Burgess personally called me so that I could give him more details about the situation. I appreciate him responding, and I at least feel heard now.

I definitely have mixed feelings about Reunion; however, the theft of my daughter's credit card was extremely disheartening Some of the staff go above and beyond and then there are others who don't seem to give a darn When you ring that you need to use the bathroom, you don't want to hear something like "when we can get to you. " I had many issues with the food also. They don't serve any kind of fresh fruit. I did think highly of the PT staff. This was my first experience also so I have nothing to compare it to

This hospital is top notch, with fantastic service and deliver quality care to all patients.

Excellent rehab hospital! Physicians, physical therapists and nurses are very caring and compassionate. Would highly recommend!

My friend was discharged last night after the staff was confrontational because he could not do his physical therapy immediately after eating. They would not give me advice on what to do next with him now he’s in an ambulance on his way to the hospital again his discharge orders were very vague and non informative I would not trust them with my family member that had any kind of health issue s

Really great work from the staff.and they are very careful with your personal weaknesses and strengths. I’m recovering great.as I went in not walking I left standing and walking and I’m grateful. Wound care, physival and occupational therapy helped so much!

I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible care and support I received at this rehab hospital. The staff went above and beyond to make my recovery journey as smooth and comfortable as possible. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and reassured. The medical team was exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive, tailoring their treatments to my individual needs. The therapists were exceptional, motivating me to push my boundaries and achieve milestones I never thought possible. The facility itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, creating a positive and healing environment. I truly credit this rehab hospital for my remarkable progress and successful rehabilitation.
