Revify Med Spa, San Antonio TX

I LOVE LOVE this office! I Went to Revify Med Spa by Dr. Alexander Roka in Stone Oak and it was a game changer! I did go in with an open mind but skeptical because it was always the same outcome at other offices. However. It was not here!
Long story short.kids, divorce, FAT AF, lost weight, partial hysterectomy, crazy weight gain, went into crazy lady mode and though I was becoming my mother when she was going through menopause. I was greeted by Brianna (his Med Spa COO) and she was real! Didn't sugarcoat anything, answered my questions and told me my options. For the first time I went in to an office and they just listened to me vent about my life, my health and my goals. Brianna had me do blood work and tests to see where my levels were. When I came back I met with Milli (his PA) and she was a truly sweet, concerned and caring. She didn't just look at my blood work and tell me "looks good". She dug deeper and used my results as a guide but not the deciding factor, they looked at everything! They asked questions and based my treatment off of my blood work AND my symptoms. Fast forward.now 3 months in and Dr. Roka is my new PCP, Milli is a true Angel and I look forward to speaking with her about my life (she actually cares! And probably thinks I am insane lol), Brianna takes the time to give you options and not sell you anything and is one of the most genuine people you will meet. She is the backbone and driving force of the Med Spa. Her knowledge and personality are what draws you to her. Dr. Roka and his entire staff are now family! Colleen, his nurse, is so kind and gentle. Ms. Terry, His phlebotomist, is TOP NOTCH! And his MA's are wonderful! Now thanks to these people. I have more energy, I have lost 13 lbs, I feel better, I am not as crazy.if that is possible. But honestly the relief came because I finally found professionals that listen to me and not tell me that how I feel is "normal" because my blood work says it is. I have sent numerous girlfriends and clients to them. They all say the same thing. "They actually listened. " They have even helped my husband with this hormones, health and Testosterone levels. They care about you as a person. Finally we are both on the right track health wise and have found the old school bedside manner that is missing in healthcare.

I definitely recommend Revify and am very happy with their services. I will continue to come back for more!

I love love this Med Spa, everyone is amazing and super friendly. They always make you feel welcome and like you're the most important person there. They are very attentive and always checking in on your status, the treatments are super fast and convenient for those of us with very busy schedules and the results are amazing. I am very happy with my results and would highly recommend the spa to everyone, ask for Breanna and Amber. They are the best and so knowledgeable on the latest treatments.

I had a few procedures done emtone and the emscopeneo. I would have had better results but the tech’s were only interested in making more money not on helping the client.

The nurse practitioner & dr Roka are great but the staff needs improvement.trying to speak with anyone over the phone has become almost impossible. Waiting 30 mins to an hour on hold to speak to someone & sometimes after holding I get pushed to the voicemail. The phone calls were to try to get dr records sent over to a specialist which had been requested for almost 2 months but was never done. On 11/17 we were in the office and waited for 45 mins before being seen for blood work then waited for the NP but she was never told we were waiting for see her. This office visit took 2 hours all for blood work which took 5 mins & a follow up consult which took 20 mins. They sometimes call to confirm appointments and sometimes they don’t. If it weren’t for the nurse and dr we would be searching for a different provider. I hope this staff improves its customer service skills.

The staff are excellent and the services are priced well. I love going into the spa as it gorgeous!

This review is long over due! I almost hate to write it because right now it is the best kept secret! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! First of all the staff are all extremely knowledgable, confident, and they care! I went in for a "Dracula Facelift! " Everyone should try it. It is affordable and its hard to tell who is who from doctors or techs because they all know what they're doing and work as a team. Dr. Roka did it again.providing a needed service above the rest in the field. The office is beautiful with high end tech. The services provided are endless and affordable. Brianna, Dr. Roka, Velvet, Milli, Dr. Runnels and Dr. Alexandra Runnels. THANK YOU!
