Today was only measuring and choosing the tux my fiancée wants to wear.the help we received was amazing, Martha Ramirez not only gave us time to look around but once we were ready she provided with the upmost help.she was extremely respectful, not only to my fiancée but to me as well. I had a great experience here. I was measured by Esther and she explained to me how a Tuxedo fits. They have their own inventory here so that’s always a plus because some other places have to get Tuxedos shipped.

Whether you are shopping for prom or an upcoming wedding like my fiancé and I, this is the only place you should consider! All of the store staff is so awesome both in person and over the phone! Esther specifically was very patient and helpful as she went over the details of our contract together, and did a great job helping my fiancé find the best fitting tux style! My fiance and some of his groomsmen live out of town, but Rex is very accommodating of this. I also work at a local high school and always make sure to refer my kids to yall for the Senior prom! VERY thrilled with this place, their selection and the great staff! I needed a vest and bow tie that worked with sage green. After looking all over, including ordering off of the Internet from a site that promised me they had sage green (it wasn't). Rex had it! Thank you!

Unorganized staff. Price given over the phone was not the same as stated when we arrived. Took over 1 hour to pick up tux.

Rented a tux from this place on Friday for a last minute event. Went to put said tux on Saturday evening and one of the sleeves was not hemmed completely and it came out. I was not able to use the tux and missed my event. I returned the tux the next day (today) obviously unworn. The sales lady didn’t care nor did she offer any explanation. $182 dollars down the drain. Terrible customer service and products. Sad.

I came in exactly one week prior in need of a unique suit for the Etonnant Fleur Great Gatsby party and the team at Rex's Formal wear not only gave me exceptional service, delivered on what they promised but also they sponsored our event which was a huge success! Thanks for the Southern Hospitality!
