Reyes Maids - The Colony Frisco Area, Carrollton TX

Muy amables. Very nice couple. However, the cleaning was mediocre. I clearly saw dirt on the floors after they finished. They also stayed for an hour and a half when I thought the service was for two hours. But I enjoyed meeting these two and they were extremely kind.

Run Run Run fast this place is horrible they take your money before the service well before the maid arrives at the house. But guess what the maid never SHOWED UP! After being told the maid was outside my house I looked no one there I thought we’ll maybe she’s at the wrong door called customer service bk they tell me she’s around the corner I waited for another 30 minutes No Show called customer service again they tell me her phone is broken and now they can’t get in touch with her either! So imagine how I’m feeling now after you already took 300.00 and these LIES YOU TELLING ME not adding up. The rep told me to leave my door open and they will try to get a replacement to come clean lol that’s CRAZY. I couldn’t make this up seriously I don’t know how they are still doing business. Hope this helps

Not the same ownership as 03/22 and I can no longer endorse their service

I had used Reyes Cleaning in the past and they were great. Cleaned my house bi-weekly and never had an issue.

I hired them again to do a deep clean and start the bi weekly cleaning again after remodeling our house. They said they would be here between 12pm and 3pm. They didn’t show up until after 4 and left at 5: 45. A 3 person team showed up which looked to be a mom and her two kids. Only the mom was wearing Reyes uniform. After they were done they asked me to go over their work so I did and they missed a lot. Spider webs in windows and in the corner of the rooms. Did not clean base boards. Didn’t wipe down coffee table. Didn’t sweep under couch or cabinets. Floors were not clean. I told them about the coffee table and spider webs down stairs first. I went upstairs to look at the work they had done up there and by the time I made it back down stairs they had hopped in their car and were leaving. I tried to wave them down but they drove off anyway. Leaving a bag of trash in my living room as well. I will attach pictures.

Looks like they changed names to Reyes Maids. Not the same quality of service as before at all.

I called the office to complain and ask for a refund as I spent $300 for a deep clean on a 1000 sqft house. I talked to Yosie and all she told me they could do is come back and fix it. I spent an hour fixing all of what they didn’t do after they left as I had family coming over to stay with me.

Please do not use them.

I have used Reyes Cleaning in the past and had great services. However the company is now listed as Reyes Maids and I ordered and paid for in advance a deep clean. The workers arrive late in the day and they were “tired”. Not what I was expecting! Only 2 workers for a large home. Usually we would get three people to do a deep clean! Not satisfied with the new “Reyes Maids” at all. We asked for a partial refund and were denied. We could not talk to the owner! Just someone answering the phone. We will look elsewhere in the future as it is not the same company at all
