Professional, knowledgeable physicians. The bedside manner is outstanding. They are patient and listen to concerns. Highly recommend to all.

It is difficult to get a call back from the doctor or in one situation, no call back at all. Also, front staff is not friendly. They have an attitude and always seem annoyed on the phone. Unfortunately you have to interact with the front desk in order to try to reach a doctor, but with their unwelcoming character and the difficulty to get in contact with a doctor, I would not recommend.

Dr. Finklea is the best doctor i’ve ever had, no contest. I’ve been seeing her since i was 13 and im an adult now, and through that time i’ve had several skin problems. She always knows how to fix them in minutes. The office is such a safe environment, all the staff is friendly, and Dr. Finklea is very caring and kind.

The one star is for the office staff and not Dr. Finklea, who has always been wonderful. As a few other reviewers have stated, working with the staff here is extremely frustrating. They are terrible at following up with pharmacies to confirm prescriptions and it often takes over a week to hear back from them. I've had to leave multiple voicemails and emails and call multiple times to get prescriptions pushed through. This has resulted in me receiving my prescription late *multiple* times now. Even though I love Dr. Finklea, I'll unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere as soon as my refills run out purely due to staff incompetence.

Dr. Rainey is the best! I’ve been seeing her for about a year & her attention to detail & bedside manner is amazing! Honestly one of the best doctors in San Antonio.

Super disgusted with the way I was treated. I paid 105 to be discriminated against and to be told melasma would not go away. The moment I walked in, I was looked at up and down. The doctor was in my room for less than 3 minutes, she let a trainee into my room without asking if I was comfortable. People act like Covid is over. The check-out staff would not look at me when I asked question about certain procedures plus didn’t say thank you. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will NOT be returning.

I feel confident in Dr Finklea and her expertise. The only reason I am not giving her office a 5 star is because I was given some products and I felt like the staff did not explain that I would be charged and so I was surprised the next day when the office called and wanted to charge me.

Staff and Drs.are very friendly and ask the right questions and follow thru with a very good explanation of what is going on

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone genuinely cares about you and your needs. Dr. Finklea, is personable and listens to your issues. She knows exactly what kind of treatment will work and makes sure it gets taken care of. Maria is the best. She explains everything as she goes along, she doesn’t rush and is very through.

Loved Dr. Finklea! She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine in her care. She is treating me for acne and rosacea, but also did my first ever dose of Botox. The assistant Desiree was friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

I had some difficulties changing the date of my appointment. I also noticed staff doesn't really follow up with prescriptions (it's happened twice). They expect us to know information on the medicine, including the small print on the treatment. Just tell me what to do, and I will do it. Don't send me to the pharmacy just for them to tell me they don't an update from the doctor's office. My time is valuable too!

I highly recommend RFSA Dermatology. After less than 3 months Dr. Christie Rainey, through use of Cosentyx, has completely cleared psoriasis that has plagued me for over 30 years. She facilitated the application process and introduced me to the "zero co-pay plan" for individuals with private insurance. Absolutely life changing!
Their aesthetician, Maria, has been a joy to work with and very helpful introducing aging skin care treatments that are affordable - and with excellent results.
The entire staff are friendly and efficient, wait times are almost non-existent, the waiting areas in both locations are pleasant and well-maintained and Covid precautions are followed by everyone.
I consider it a lucky day when my PCP referred me to RFSA.

I have been going to RFSA Dermatologist for 4 yrs. I have been seen by both doctors and the PA. They are very caring, thoughtful they make you feel welcomed. Doctors are very attentive and listen to you. I will not go anywhere else. Love these people. Very much appreciated.
