Dr. Jiang is a very concerned and experienced Rheumatologist. She listens to her patient and she explains everything in full detail. Her staff is so amazing and friendly oriented. Job Well Done!

Dr. Jiang took the time to explain arthritis and it's many forms. She explained why she wanted certain tests, and listened to all of my concerns. I look forward to working with her because she sees her patients as people.

Dr Li Jiang takes an appropriate amount of time, to hear your concerns and to look at your affected joints. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She has been willing to go the extra mile to help me. She is responsive through the Healow app as well. She follows up with me when I have a huge flair. We have had to work through finding the most effective medicine to control my RA that I have been dealing with for over 30 years. Out of the 3 rheumatologists I have had over the years, she is by far the best.

I had a very disappointing experience at this practice. Their lab is a mess, they had to draw my labs 3 times on three separate days before they got it right (missed orders, expired tubes, etc!). Dr Li Jiang is rude and dismissive. She constantly interrupts with smirky remarks, disregards patient’s concerns, has you fill out symptoms check lists then won’t even look at or document them, acts like your questions and your very presence in her office is annoying. She basically told me my severe and numerous rheumatological symptoms were none of her concern and I was getting discharged because my labs showed I was perfectly healthy. Do not waste your time here!

She was there for me. She listened, typed notes, discussed situations, explained everything, and designed a plan of investigation to discover what I need in the future. I wish my dad had her when he was alive and suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. I’m very please this far.

I saw Imran Iqbal for an initial visit.

Some people might find his abrupt manner and single minded pursuit of diagnostic procedures off putting. For example, after asking me a question which I was answering, he walked out of the room. It was decidedly odd. However, when he came back it was with a tool to check another aspect of symptoms which something I had said had caused him to consider. He appears to be dismissive of patient input but in actuality he is taking it in and just dismissing input that is irrelevant to diagnosis. Someone who missed the connections might consider him rude. I found him to be efficient and professional.

The only complaint is that he seemed reluctant to discuss tests he was ordering and what he was considering in terms of diagnosis until I asked pointed questions that showed basic understanding of medical knowledge related to my case at which point he was willing to discuss marginally more. I would prefer to be told more about the reasons for a specific examination/procedure so that I can be an active participant in my care. However, if you are comfortable asking pointed questions and eliciting information from your doctors, I cannot fault him in the least.

This was my first time seeing this doctor and it was one of the WORST interactions I have ever had with a physician. He had zero interest in listening to my health history or family history. He gave NO explanation to a diagnosis that he gave me within 10 minutes of seeing me and told me that he didn’t think I had any autoimmune disorders…. What doctor says that without having testing back first? ! He didn’t even order xrays to look at my joint spaces! Honestly, I have worked in healthcare for years and let me tell you something…. This doctor shouldn't be doing direct patient care! It was obvious that he didn’t care about me as a patient AT ALL! Now I know why I didn't have to wait long for an appointment! Do NOT waste your time seeing this “doctor”!

If I could give zero stars I would. Should have read the other reviews before going. Dr. Iqbal is rude, dismissive, and has horrible bed side matter. I’ve seen him three times for extreme joint paint, fatigue, etc. Several markers on my blood work have come back abnormal but apparently that’s not a concern? Every appointment has been the same- no more than 3 minutes long- he looks at his computer, touches the joints in my fingers (where I told him I’ve never even had pain) and then tells me to take naproxen (basically ibuprofen) every single day. Every. Single. Appointment. Oh and don’t ask questions- he’ll become extremely defensive and tell you to go ask a different doctor about that problem. What a joke. Stay far away from here. I’ve heard the other female doctors are better. Get rid of this guy!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! DR. IMRAN IQBAL IS THE MOST DISREPECTFUL, NON-CARING, POOR EXCUSE FOR A DOCTOR THAT I HAVE EVER MET. HE DIDN'T TAKE TIME TO PULL MY RECORDS NEITHER DID HIS STAFF. ONCE I PRESENTED HIM WITH THEM, HE DID EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN BUT HIS JOB. I LEFT THE SAME WAY I CAME AND THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

While speaking with me about new diagnoses' I received since seeing him previously and discussing the findings of two other doctors, he got a phone call from a person who worked on his AC years ago- yes I could literally hear the phone call as he didnt excuse himself, or even state that he was taking a call mid- appointment. He then waved me out of the room to the laboratory- what labs i was getting done? Who knows! Because he literally didnt even finish his conversation with me. I have seen this doctor for just over a year and every single appointment i have a very similar experience. No diagnosis. Doctor referrals, who refer me back to a rheumatologist, then more labs, no explanations, minimal conversation- you will wait for an hour to be seen for less than 2 minutes and then be sent to take labs. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Be warned.

Very dissapointing! If you like a doctor that treats you like a number, has no bedside manners, doesn't make eye contact and spends less than 1 minute with you.this is your guy! $120 later, no help at all!

If I could choose zero stars, I would. The very worst experience ever. During first appointment I was diagnosed and given medication. When I read Information about medication, I called the office to let them know of my body’s high sensitivity to that type of medication. I was told not to take it and return to the office for a follow up. Dr. Iqbal walks in asks if I read the information on my condition, I let him know I did and he asks if I took the medicine. When I told him I hadn’t and why, he said there is nothing he could do for me and walks me out of the room.

I came to Dr. Jiang hoping to get some guidance and advice on how to move forward towards getting a diagnosis for EDS. However, as soon as I brought this up, Dr. Jiang told me I did not have EDS and that a diagnosis was not important because there is no cure anyway. It was very clear she had not even glanced at my paperwork (that I spent a great deal of time completing thoroughly for her office) and then talked over top of me every time I did try to broach the subject of EDS with her. She was dismissive of my own thoughts and my family history with the condition, and instead of listening to my concerns, wrote me a prescription for muscle relaxants and told me to go get some x-rays. And since she had not read my paperwork, she did not know that I’ve recently lost over 50lbs and am continuing to lose weight, and instead leaned over and somewhat condescendingly told me that I wouldn’t have any of these problems if I lost some weight. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor of any sort.

At first I was a little nervous about going to see a rheumatologist. I was worried about not finding a rheumatologist that would meet my needs. I’m no longer skeptical. Dr. Jiang is very knowledgeable and thorough. I feel my treatment is progressing along nicely. We always laugh at each appointment, but make no mistake she’s a stickler for you paying attention to what she is saying. So there’s no time for being distracted on your phone. She’s quick, but very thorough and straightforward. I appreciate that she ALWAYS makes sure I leave her office knowing what meds I’m taking and why. My original diagnosis has changed from the 6 mos that I started tx with her. My body is beginning to produce new ailments and Dr. Jiang caught it. Explaining that these new symptoms are in fact an indication that I have RA. She explained the difference between my first diagnosis and RA. Also explained the reason why my diagnosis has now changed. This is why I say she’s very thorough. I highly recommend.

Dr. Imran Iqbal was fantastic. He listened and explained details well. After my initial visits I have seen Neena who is helpful.

Dr.is really good however, their office staff is horrible. At least three different times I had an appointment, took off work, drove to the office and waited only to be told that the staff was unable to see me. I was told I should call before coming to make sure my appointment was still set even though I confirmed my appointment online and through text message the day before. I have waisted so much time waiting for their staff costing me lost sick time at work and no care received. Dr. Jiang should fire the entire staff and start fresh with a competent office manager and staff.
