I love everything you offer here gym pool social areas are so beautiful 5 stars the apartments are very comfortable, the people who live in these residences are friendly I think I chose the best place to live thank you.

Very clean and safe apartment building. I love the dog wash station and park the most. The coffee in the lobby is great too. Tony in the leasing office, specifically, has been very helpful when problems arise. I have had a very good experience so far.

Good community to live the only issue is ince you leave ir you lease is over, its difficult to get you deposit back.

I can’t say enough about the living experience my family and I have had while being residents here at Rhythm Apartment Community. The staff is awesome, the residents of the community are just as awesome. I have never lived in a apartment community that was so friendly, safe, fun, and welcoming. Apartments themselves are poorly maintained. You see growing cracks on the walls that maintenance just paints over. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors and smell every time they smoke even though this apartment is "smoke free". They do "valet trash" but this isn't consistent at all and often the hallways will smell like rotting food. There is dog poop all over the property and even one of the front office employees allows their dog to poop in the area right in front of the doors to a building. The front office rarely answers their phones and doesn't respond to voice-mail. You have to keep calling to get any sort of response.

Don’t be fooled but the initial appeal of this shanty. Lived in apartments all around town and anywhere you live is only as good as it’s management. No accountability and the only help they will provide is to refer you to an email address for questions, concerns or complaints that will take weeks to get an actual response. Paper thin walls with all the sounds of Narnia absolutely bellowing through those corridors day and night. Lastly, read your monthly statements if you ever get any maintenance or repairs done as they charge to fix appliances that stop working all on their own, stove went out few months in and sure enough a sneaky $70 dollar charge was added to the rent. To conclude, cliff notes are as follows: comical, appalling, sneaky, inexcusable, do better and just stay away.

I wish I could say this was a pleasant place to live given the shiny and new appearance of the complex. Unfortunately management is lacking communication. The move-out process has been a nightmare with multiple errors from the management teams. There have been hidden and unnecessary fees added upon moving out. The price for this place isn’t worth it. Expect fees to be added. Terrible experience.

I lived here for two years, the apartments were just under a year old. Our apartment was ok, it looked like a rushed job with paint streaks and cracks in the floor moldings. The trash is left outside each night for pickup however most tenants leave their nasty trash outside all day and sometimes do not put their trash cans in for a few days. A year after out first lease term was up, they had to re do the cement on all our windows because the rain and wind was getting in, causing 3 months of loud construction all day. When I moved out, I left the apartment spotless and clean. The apartments were sold to a new property management company and refused to give me my deposit back. They claimed there was a balance due however provided no proof or documentation to defend their claim. I would be cautious about living here, they will say anything to get you in but moving out is another story.

Loved the move-in service. Once I arrived in TX, I walked into the beautiful apartment and fell in love. From the hardwood flooring, his and her bathroom sinks, and large rooms; I adore the sleek, clean, modern style.

Where should I start. I’m going start with Victoria! She is amazingly witty and has a great personality. I felt really welcomed before my move in date. She made the process stress free and kept me smiling along the way. Secondly, Tony is definitely a man of his word! I explained my dilemma about moving in and he coasted me through treacherous waters. He was able to approve my application a day before I moved out. These two are a great duo! Respectable, commendable, and trustworthy is my final thoughts of these two.

Place is absolutely beautiful and very nice environment. However, it is often a struggle to find parking. Since there are so many garages and reserved parking. I would find it impossible if one more family moved in here. One time I came home and had to leave out for a while just to come back and see if there was an unoccupied parking spot. This just seems as a tactic to earn more money.

Secondly, it is upsetting that the dog parks are so forgotten about. They smell and it is a breeding ground for illness. There is so much poop everywhere (owners are not being held liable), parks aren't cleaned at all and there is the bare minimum in there which includes just a broken chair and a old bench. For the amount of deposit and rent I would assume this would be a bit more taken care of in regards to the appearance and safety. I cant take my dog there as the outcome of parks not looked after could be very serious and not many people know how many illnesses can arise from it. I really wish it was cleaner and there isn't really any other gated place where my apartment dog can run around other than the pool which is not allowed.

Unsure if it is meant to be like that but our building door has been such a pain from constantly being slammed by it while carrying things inside or just it making the loudest noise possible as it closes so heavily.

It seems some community areas aren't looked after. I stopped going to the gym there because every single time I put a mat on the ground it would have tiny spiders crawling on it and lately I've been dealing with a lot of bites. I see a lot of webs and even roaches on the ground and corners.

The last thing is that the signature sent of rhythm is amazing, I wish it was around more often. It seems almost every day now I walk into the building and it smells really bad since all the trash smells are trapped in.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. For the price they charge you would think the location would be in a better place but this apartment is in the middle of no where. There’s only one electric car charger and there are so many Teslas and electric vehicles so don’t expect to use the charging station since it is always full. The entrance gate never works with the app and the doors to enter the apartment are always broken. They charged me 3 times my rent when I wanted to move out and had to do an extra month because they said they require 60 days notice.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rhythm Apartments, and I must say that my experience was truly outstanding, all thanks to Tony Brackens. From the moment I stepped into the complex, Tony's warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. Not only was he approachable, but his extensive knowledge of the property and the surrounding area made the entire leasing process effortless.

One of the key highlights of the tour was how Tony tailored it to my specific needs and preferences. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in an apartment and presented options that aligned perfectly with my requirements. This level of personalization truly set Tony and Rhythm Apartments apart from other complexes I had visited.

Great communication with management and improvements to maintenance and security. Definitely recommend living here— Returning resident.

I toured here to check out local apartments in the area. (I’m getting ready to be an apartment locator.)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment (1bd) that I toured was very clean, updated, and had lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. All the appliances are updated and there’s a stackable washer & dryer. The community is gated and each building requires a fob to get in. The gym has a cross fit style to it which I really loved. It was inside/outside which is pretty unique and cool.

The 2bds were starting in the $2,000s when I went. Maintenance was on the premises and appeared very active and diligent. The outside and inside of the buildings were well kept and the parking lot was clean.

They have elevators as well!

Tre and Kassidy make this place a great community, but besides them, the gym is pretty solid, there are a few dog parks, the pool is pretty nice, and they have cold brew on tap- I can’t complain. The team is pretty responsive and always willing to hear any issues I’ve had as a resident and promptly do something about it. I just wish the office spaces were open independently from the leasing office hours.

Kassidy and Tre, are awesome. Both are very professional and address any needs that the resident is in need of. Completely thorough. Seriously the best! All the amenities are great too!

Rhythm is a beautiful community. The application process was easy and well guided by Tre and Kassidy. The staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and always greet you with a smile. The grounds are kept up well and the area is so convenient and clean. Absolutely love living here!

Wow, what an amazing experience! Tre & Kassidy have been extremely helpful. The whole process has been smooth sailing, from the first email sent to the multiple tours we have taken. My husband & I can't wait to move in! The apartments are stunning as well. What a great location. WELL DONE Rhythm! I highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice luxury apartment.
