I had a fantastic experience buying with Riata ford. I ordered a Maverick truck back in July and it finally arrived in January. Because of the demand some dealers have been charging extra even on preorders. There was non of that nonsense with Riata. The guys had my truck ready quickly and made everything easy. Financed through them because I got a better rate than through my bank.

I would highly recommend Riata and have been letting my friends and family know how easy it was. I worked with specifically with Michael and Felician but I don’t think you can go wrong with anyone there.

Especially in an exceptional time of overly greedy dealers, Riata Ford has only ever treated me right.

Great experience here. Devon did a fantastic job showing the car and listening to my needs and thoughts on my trade-in pricing. Had a great chat with Kevin about TV shows and life in general while we negotiated. Michael did a great job pulling all the paperwork together and making the process easy and seamless. It's clear that these guys are honest and great folks. They did play hardball a bit, but that's their job, and they were extremely courteous and polite throughout the whole process, and I think I got a great deal. I ended up having to stay until 9: 30p to finish up paperwork since I came to the dealership in the evening, which I felt bad about, but at no point did anyone make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I had to come back the next day to drop off title and other paperwork, and everyone was again super great. I had asked Devon to take my Longhorn emblem off my car so I could put it on my new car, and almost forgot to pick it up from him, but he reminded me and brought it out to me. All in all, likely the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had, which is saying something, as this process is usually pretty awful. Thanks folks!

Inquired about a vehicle and was given a price quote. Logged onto their website a week later and the same exact vehicle was listed for over $7,000 cheaper than the original quote. Trust and honesty are probably the biggest characteristics you look for in a car dealer and this is absolutely absent here.

I would like to say that my experience at Riata was great. I found a car online at their dealership. I called and spoke with Devin Mouw to confirm availability and then scheduled to see the vehicle. I arrive and was helped by Devin right away. I was able to get in and test drive the vehicle with no problems. No issues or pressure to buy. It was an extremely smooth and easy process to purchase the vehicle. It was the car I was looking for, and competitively priced in today's market. Financing was no problem. I also worked with Jeff Ledesma, the sales manager, to go over the sales contracts and finance docs. He clearly explained all the paperwork and the financing. He was great to work with, made the process pretty painless. I have purchased other Fords at other dealerships in the area and this experience was the best overall. I would recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends. I will be seeing these guys for my next purchase.

My girlfriend worked with Ajay in the past to buy her car here, and it was my turn. Riata does not mark up above MSRP to try to rip off its customers, both inventory and ordered vehicles. Ajay worked to offer a fair value for my trade-in, and we were able to work out the terms of the deal within an hour. Jeff, the Sales Manager, did not BS me in the financing office. He did not use any pushy sales tactics. He offered the available products in a professional manor, which I politely declined. He also allowed me to review the paperwork at my pace to make sure everything was correct. Ajay and Jeff made sure all my questions were answered. After financing, Ajay was great with the delivery of the car, showing me the FordPass app, and the available options. The car sales industry is having a hard time due to shortages, but Riata is making sure they treat their customers correctly! I recommend placing your next order, or shop the lot inventory, here!

Terrible experience working with Felician. Poor communication - I had a car on order but decided to cancel to work with a different dealership with better customer service.

They are still holding my refundable deposit.

Unprofessional staff and service. Purchased battery and alternator in April ‘21 and paid around 1000.8 months later car needs jump starts and new battery. I call riata and am told I can bring battery for replacement without car and to head to parts section and invoice will be ready. I think great I can quickly remedy this and get car back on the road. I show up with receipts and am told that battery cannot be replaced without car and they cannot honor what they have said over the phone. So I am told an excuse that service representative over phone Heidi works at different dealerships and thus made a mistake; this doesn’t sound like my problem. I talk to service manager JD who was unwilling to rectify situation; I am told to go back home, put battery back in car, jump start car, and drive 40 minutes back to riata, and have riata take 1 to 2 hours to replace battery. I paid 180 for the battery alone for battery that lasted 8 months and they are splitting hairs in trying to honor their warranty. So I head to a different parts store and buy new battery because I know they will honor their warranties. None of the service representatives (Chris, Heidi, and JD) showed any empathy in trying to remedy situation. I would stay away from this dealership and service department. The Ford Focus has had many problems and is on its 3rd transmission. Transmission failure started at 40,000 miles but riata would not even acknowledge this. It’s been my error to do business with them.

We knew exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. Riata had what we wanted so we told them we desired a quick sales/finance process. We quickly came to terms on the vehicle and the financing process was all automated. My wife and I went out to dinner while Riata prepped the truck and filled it with fuel. Came back, digitally signed the paperwork and we left with our new truck. Thank you Albert, Oscar and the whole team.

I had the pleasure of working with Ajay and I was very happy with my experience. He was knowledgeable, communicative, was a big help in an otherwise very stressful process with the lead times on the bronco. I got the truck I wanted for a fair price and I look forward to buying our next vehicle from them as well.

My wife and I were in the market for a new car after our car was totaled in a car accident. Kalynn, Will, and Devyn were able to work with us over the phone, sell us a hybrid CRV that was in transit on Saturday, and complete the sale today. We never entered the store. All work was done over the internet or the phone. When Will was unavailable to reach us, Kalynn picked up where Will left off and finished the sale - complete team approach. When all of the paperwork was done, the CRV was delivered to our house in North West Austin! I have dealt with 5 other Ford dealerships over the years, and this is BY FAR the best experience I have ever had! Thanks GUYS!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service I received from Riata Ford. My Service Advisor was 9016 J. D Brooks. I took the car to the dealer to have my sticking clutch issue resolved. It was not. After holding onto my car for ~15 days, the dealer was not able to replicate my reported issue. I was able to replicate it immediately after picking up my car. (I did not report this to be the dealer immediately in person as I had conflicting prior scheduled commitments.) The dealer showed minimal interest in fixing my reported issue. After they were ready to return it to me with no attempt to fix or suggestions on how to fix, I made suggestions for what could be done (flush clutch fluid, grease interior clutch linkage). The fluid was flushed. I have confidence that this was done well and I paid accordingly.

My reported clutch issue is still not resolved. I left the dealer without confidence that Riata Ford would be able to help if this issue continued. Again, the deader made no real suggestions on how to fix the issue. After checking on Ford Fiesta Forms for what may help resolve the issue, the next step that needs to be taken (process of elimination is the approach here) is a full clutch pedal assembly replacement.

I would be delighted to receive adequate customer service from Riata Ford in hearing on how this issue could be made right.

We saw a used vehicle on there website. Upon sending an email, we received a prompted response and worked with Devin Mouw. We were an hour away so they ensured everything was prepared for when we got there make the transaction seamless and easy. DEVIN and the team at Riata were beyond professional and kept the customers interest as a priority. Man all I wanted was just a dealership to not play games! Well I found them. Michael Jackson was the one who helped me out on a 2013 3500 dodge cummins dually! Gave me plenty of lenders as an option (which for some reason other dealers weren't). I highly recommend this guy! I highly recommend this dealership. It was a comfortable experience. Ms Caylnn the finance manager is very professional and was very welcoming. At the end we some how got on the topic of high-end places to dine and that I can take my wife to. It was definitely worth the drive. I knew the deal was mine as soon as Mike Jones answered the phone Thank yall very much for the deal last Wednesday (11/10/21)
