Paid for meter parking on the Park Houston app advertised on the meters. The app deducted $2 from my account, but did not add time to my meter and it was still blinking red. Had to manually add time/pay on the back of it. The is inconvenient, as i was basically charged double for my 1.5 hour visit. I prefer no contact methods during the pandemic, so i dont think i will return unless the issue is addressed and fixed

We parked there on Tuesday 3/2/2021 between 5 & 8 pm on the 2nd floor. When leaving, the line to pay was taking a long time. When it was our turn it didn't like our ticket & nothing seemed to help. I went into the wine bar & asked what to do. She said to push the Help button. What Help button? The driver behind us showed it to us at the very bottom of the kiosk below the car door. It took several minutes before it was answered & the arm went up. Apparently, this is still a problem that hasn't been solved & is infuriating to all of us waiting in line. We wish we had read the comments before parking there.

Remove the parking meters!

I had not been to Rice Village in about 2 years. I was for the 1st time since then.about a month ago. I am from out of town and now I see all these parking meters every where.even at the disabled parking spots.

I am a disabled veteran (DV). According to Texas State law, any vehicle that has DV plates is exempt from paying for parking at parking meters.

I want to know have all your employees that check the meters been briefed about the Texas law?

Two hours free parking, close to where I wanted to go.
