The food is very tasty but customer service sucks. The way they speak to you is as if there doing you a favor to take your order. I will no longer order here until they fire the guy taking orders at the window.

We placed an order online for spicy chicken fried rice and extra spicy chicken lomein to be delivered through their website. We did not get what we ordered. We received extra spicy shrimp fried rice and spicy shrimp lomein.

When I called to explain that one of my orders was wrong, I was told it would be redelivered. After 45 minutes I called back to inquire and was told that I was not the only customer and I was hung up on.

I called back to ask for the incorrect order to be canceled, but I couldn't get the request out because I was continuously cut off and reminded that I was not the only customer and they would no longer deliver to me. Which is fine, especially if you're not able to deliver what I paid for.

Customer service is extremely important. If you don't know how to treat your customers that makes me not trust you with my food.

I accidentally found this place. The food was absolutely amazing and it was surprisingly affordable

Good food my wife and I have eaten there for years. A little pricey, and a little stingy with the duck sauce.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t recommend to order food from here. They don't know how to talk with customer. They gave me wrong item and when i called, they hang up call without addressing issue nicely.

Meat was way over cooked. Veggies were way undercooked. Egg roll had nothing inside it and fried rice tastes like cardboard. Will not return.

Just went through the drive through and ordered clearly what we want they said something back but it was breaking down and we pulled to window and wait for atleast 15 minutes for response and verified the order… they told something else was ordered and ask to pay for that thing we politely ask if they can change to what we ask for and the guy just shout at us saying “Get out of here” and we were like wtf… we just ask to get something which we want …. Humans with less humanity atleast they can let us know it is not possible because they already processed the order or something like that instead just start shouting Sir u need some therapy dude. Calm down we understands the work pressure just let us know what’s the situation is ……

Worst and disgusting food and service! Guy on the front saying hes the manager acts like he owns kicking people out worst customer service! Need new management! ZERO

Horrible food. I never had egg rolls without cabbage. The rice was horrible with some kind of slimy stuff in it. The odor was also bad in the store

Guy was very rude. Asked for no onions in rice and was told no bc rice was already cooked not everyone likes onions, in my case I'm allergic. Was going to do work office lunch for my hospital staff but that won't happen.

I ordered the fried rice and orange chicken. The orange chicken was fried way too hard and was very disgusting. The fried rice was hard and was not like the picture advertised at all. Me and my family, weren’t impressed at all, and the manager and few staff members there were very rude and had a very bad attitude once I told him could I exchange my fried rice. He didn’t give me my money back nor did he try to replace my order. I wouldn’t recommend them to not even a dog!

The food was dry. Some of it was hard to where you couldn't even eat it while other parts were soggy and rubbery like it had been sitting out for a long time. The manager I talked to was rude and disrespectful about the whole situation and staff wasn't that great either! 0/10 would not recommend. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We have been here several times. We like the food. I could recommend improvement on your staff. Great customer service is the key to your business success. Smile more often and greet customers as they come in. After all, customers are the source for your bussines. Also recommend improvements on cleanliness. I don't use those services where they deliver because sometimes it's the people that deliver that keep some of your items or food. I rather take out or eat there, but that's just me.

The manager took my order over the phone and because of his broken English got my order wrong and was so disrespectful and rude about it. He would not correct my order nor would he give me my money back. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. And to add insult to injury this all happened on my lunch break. I will never eat at this place again. The manager is in the wrong business and needs to replaced!

Hole-in-the-wall Asian fast food. The dish I had was good. A beef with mushrooms in a pepper sauce. Sweeter than I expected but it was good. Service was nice enough. The seating was minimal. At this point, I would go for the food and take it to go. I'll have to try other dishes to lock in my currently high grade.
