Does not keep you informed of issues even when you ask about them. Only minimum is shared with you. A lot of whispering between dentist and hygienist. They’re great at keeping notes on personal talk.
Dr. Rich is a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable dentist, he won’t do any unnecessary dental work on his patient. My hygienist, Karla, is wonderful and knowledgeable as well.
I went to see Dr. Rich's office yesterday for my annual cleaning and x-rays. As always my wait was a very few moments, my cleaning was excellent and painless and I'm grateful that because I have been following the recommendations last time, I had an improvement in my gum issue. I highly recommend Dr. Rich and his staff.

The staff is super friendly. I can get in and out of there, pretty quickly. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Usually I get to the office, and they call me back almost immediately. Dr. Rich is an excellent dentist. When I had to have a cavity filled, he was so gentle. The best dentist I've ever had.
