9We have been working with Rich services for a while but this time they went above and beyond for us. Jessica was absolutely amazing with fitting us in asap and Jacob fixed our issue with the best attitude. We will continue to use them and highly recommend.

Augusto and Manny did a fantastic job getting us back up and running with another 105 degree day on top of us. They took care of warranty work with Lennox and had a blower motor installed in less than 24 hours! Great guys and kept me informed at all times. Jessica got them to come out within a couple of hours of my call, which made all the difference and, also, rescheduling them to come back to install the part. If you’re not doing business with Rich Services you should be. I’ll have them back out for checkups in the spring and fall.
After setting an appt with them to have them look at why I had partial power & I gave them the research information I did so they'd have some knowledge of what to expect beforehand, they ultimately stood me up, twice.
This company worked with me. They are professional as well as courteous. The price wasn't too bad either!
