1 I took a friend in today for a colonoscopy. He was to see Dr Dusold for the first time at the hospital. We were in the room and doing pre-op when he walked in. He immediately walked to the computer and said “ok, well we found one polyp and removed that. ”. I stopped him and said, “wait a minute! We haven’t had the procedure yet! ” He just looked back at the computer and said, “oh, this isn’t room xxx” and walked out. A few minutes later he walked back in, to the same computer and started discussing the procedure as “we’re gonna just go in and take a look around. ” Since he never looked up from the computer I said “I don’t think we’ve even met you yet! ” He turned to look at me and just started talking again for about 30 seconds of explanation and left. I was so shocked by his behavior and his post-op discussion was no better.
This is not what I expected because everyone at Scott White has been AMAZING until now! He may have had something on his mind, but his patient interaction was TERRIBLE! Glad we don’t have to see him again!
