Always taken well care of by the staff. Dr Kim is extremely knowledgeable and my visit was great.

Here MHH on Ella and staff is not focused the Nurse Veronica didn’t put in paperwork to have the ultrasound of her stomach taken. The tech came took the patient out her room was gone for 10 minutes and brought her back because nurse didn’t put in order. The nurse stuck her with IV after I informed her that she’s a hard stick and missed. She’s already having so many health issues and we have been here 3 hrs a blood draw from a great nurse name Robert

Great doctor even spoke a little Spanish. Caring, detailed and very informative. Visited the doctor for my mom's husband. I was so impressed by him that I am going to see him next.

Dr. Kim is most valuable Urologist in my experience. He is very fast and good decision maker.
Thank you for surgery procedure recently done.
I will recommending Dr. Richard Kim for any one who has problems relating with
Bladder.

Dr. Kim is great! He explains everything thoroughly and is patient answering questions. His staff is also very kind and considerate.

Dr Kim is very professional, attentive and explains in the best way so that you have no doubts about your health condition. The staff is excellent!

My visit with Dr. Kim was very positive. I feel happy with the progress we are making on my bladder issues. He explains everything to me and answers all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim. He has a great staff also.

I have been seen Dr Kim Richard for over 10 years. In my opinion he is one of the best Urulogist in the area.

I totally agree with most reviewers who say - Great Doctor! He truly cares about his patients; but I will never see him again due to his front office. There is only so much ineptness I can take. A few weeks ago I received a text regarding an upcoming appointment. It stated that I needed to sign in online. I thought that is easy enough; I have to do that for many appointments. So I sat down and started filling it out only to discover that I needed my insurance card but when I attempted to stop in hopes of finishing later it said “you may lose everything you have done so far”. So I retrieved my card and continued until I discovered that I needed my prescription information which I didn’t have within reach. At that point I decided it was too much of an inconvenience and quit. I had provided all of this information at my very first visit. It should not be my fault if they switched to a new system and it didn’t pick up the old information. I informed a person that I was told was the office manager and all I got was that is the way it is. I did not even get “I’m sorry for your inconvenience”. I felt like I was at Walmart and the only registers were self service. The text should have listed all the things that I needed. Previously I had another bad encounter with the front office. I called to speak with the doctor about an issue with my pharmacy and they quickly said that he was “all over it” and refused to put me through. But when I saw him a couple of days later he knew nothing about it. I’m taking the time to write all of this because I am choosing to give up a wonderful doctor since I can not tolerate being treated like this by the front office.

Dr. Kim is probably the only doctor that I got in contact lately, that truly cares about his patients.
He very skilled. Amazing.
His patients matter to him.

Dr. Kim is amazing but his staff is horrible. I needed a varicocelectomy and a vasectomy and I had to call everyday for a week and a half to finally get it scheduled. When going to the pre op visit my wife came along with me and we had a baby a couple months ago so she came with obviously.after surgery I ran out of pain meds and was still in a lot of pain so I called and had to call for 3 days before someone returned my call. Now at the post op (2wks) after surgery my wife and daughter came with again because my wife has questions about it all and after parking in paid parking area and getting to the waiting room someone at the front desk says my wife and daughter can't be in here so they have to wait out by the elevator (please tell me how waiting by the elevator is any better then in the waiting room?). I then questioned stating they came with me last time and at the say of surgery and they told me they don't know why they were allowed in but they have to leave now.

Great Doctor! He cares truly about his patients; unfortunately, the level of customer service at the front desk is not what it used to be. You basically have NO choices now, morning? Afternoon appointment? Take what they offer you (2 weeks or longer). They want the patient to call his insurance and find out what kind of plan they have, or risk it paying out of your pocket. If you call for them to authorize a refill it’s a “no” but somehow doctor does authorize refills, anyway. Again, Dr Kim does an excellent job, and I’ve been coming to see him for many years now. This year, however, will be my last. I prefer to start all over with another urologist than to put up with the front desk customer service.

The staff is super friendly, Dr Kim is very detailed, patient and makes you feel comfortable. He is the BEST!
