6I'm 37 and Dr Townsend has been my doctor literally as long as I can remember. He's an amazing and attententive doctor who deserves ten stars if that was possible.
If you have any form of anxiety/ocd…this probably isn’t the practice for you. Not very helpful at all unfortunately…
I always liked Dr Townsend. We switch a few years ago because of insurance and driving distance but he was my doctor for 25 plus years. The only issue I ever had there was wait time. Show up for your appointment on time, sit and wait for a minimum of 30 minutes, more likely 45, and then sit in the exam room for another 10 to 15. Where I currently go, I show up for my appointment and am in an exam room and being attended to within a few minutes. So, it can be done. Richard is also a hardcore republican and recently, I've had a real problem with that. I like him personally but if he voted for that asshat Trump it shows a real lack of critical thinking.
It is always a pleasure to go to Dr. Townsend's office. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I know I will get knowledgeable answers to my questions get the best possible treatment when necessary.

I was seated only briefly before being taken to a room by the nurse. Everyone is very courteous. The Doctor was relaxed and friendly, and covered all my questions thoroughly. They called my prescription in ahead of my leaving the appointment. I highly recommend this practice and doctor!
