They smashed my head. Really hard. As part of the exam. I had to take a day off of work from that. I had stitches in my head from being hit by 2 airbags. Walked in to Injury Rehab with a medical boot on my foot, waited for an hour with paperwork and discussions with people other than man who examined me.
Man who examined me not convinced my foot was broken as I had to remove the boot for the exam. I had to defend myself in this place.
I was charged $200. The procedure done to me where two hands are placed firmly on the head and the examiner smashes the head down into the neck as hard as they can is commonly done at several physical therapy places around the area, to test nerve responses or something. (can't imagine why that's necessary other than to do certified damage that you'll need continuous treatment for from them in the future).
However at each of the four physical therapy places I spoke with since then to discuss this, both LOP and non, NONE of them could understand why it's necessary to repeat that exam 3 times in a row using the same force each time.
The guy did it to me 3 times. I'm not even sure if getting hit in the head with airbags is a more targeted way to destroy someone's neck or not.
I was charged $200 for it. And missed a day of work from extreme headaches which costed me $200 as well.

They have not reached out to me to apologize. Nor will I be refunded.
They treated me like a circus animal in here. The staff flirted with each other the whole time. The pop music was blaring. I was ashamed as a married woman to be alone in the back room with the same guy who did the head smash when he's running his fingers all over my body to see if I can feel it.

Ladies be prepared to defend your health, your sanity, and your honor in this place. I tried to write nothing on here a couple of times but I can't stand it sorry. Shame on ya'll. Can't believe I was charged for this.

I'm leaving this on here as a testament to the fact that bad experiences are real. If it happens to you, it wasn't you. Places really do exist that you need to stay away from. I did nothing to solicit the way I was treated in here. I am a professional, not a circus animal. And I came in like a professional. It could happen to anyone.

Awesome working here. Great staff and environment and we get people well! Come by and check us out. You won't be disappointed! Just want to say, thanks for all the great memories and comments. After two years I'm transferring to our Carrollton location. Please continue to work with Dr Sullivan and our staff. Their awesome and you'll be well taken care of. Peace out!

Visited this office after a bad accident and had the worst experience unfortunately at this facility. Do not come here if you need therapy the staff are rude and very unprofessional, I had a conversation with a office manager named Monquie and she was the worst. I will never visit this place again and advise every one else to find treatment elsewhere.

I really enjoyed this place I have never been treated better the staff is friendly and also funny! Heather spent one on one time with me and I truly appreciate her she brought sunshine into my rainy days! I would recommend this place to family and friends!

This is by far the best physical therapy place God could have blessed me to encounter after having gotten into my car accident. Through frequent visits, and friendly employees, I have been on my road to recovery faster than people drive on the freeway! I am in love with this place and I would recommend it to anyone! Good job guys!
