I had a great experience. Had my annual, blood work, and prescriptions all refilled within 30 minutes. Only waiting about 10 minutes in the waiting room. I saw the nurse practitioner. She was very friendly and professional. I’m not sure why they have bad reviews, it was a good experience.

I was looking in the area for a obgyn as a new patient, the front desk was completely rude to me, honestly i was surprised i literally set up appointments for my job, in the medical field, she told me she could not set up a appointment for me unless i had my insurance card/ lost me there, if i could give 0 stars i would. You would expect me saying that i am a new patient would change the nasty rude tone she had, but that was not the case, would NOT recommend.

I have been going to dr Norton since 2012, she is very nice dr, I always feel very comfortable with her, just one thing I don’t like which annoys me a lot, they give appointment date when you go for it then they said dr is busy today, but nurse can check you, waiting period ks so long after long wait you end up with nurse but not doctor, they just waste our time so much

Dr. Carol Norton is excellent and knowledgeable. Medical assistant was thorough and made me feel comfortable. Practice was easy to schedule with. Respectful, professional. I felt very comfortable and cared for during my entire visit.
