I bought a new 200.00 weed trimmer. I received good advice and noone tried to oversell me. An employee went outside to make sure the trimmer started up. It didn't. Thank goodness he cared enough to give it a go. He got me another weed trimmer. This one cranked right up. I appreciate the good customer service. All employees wore masks. Equally thankful for that. Better customer service than the big box stores.

I just want to give a shout out to Greg and RSL. I called them yesterday morning, knowing that they are closed on the inside due to the CV19 situation. I was a bit hesitant to buy a new piece of equipment without seeing it in-person. After talking to Greg on the phone and weighing my options, I pulled the trigger on a new Stihl KM91R with edger and trimmer attachments. By the time I drove down to the store they had it ready for me. Greg met me outside (in mask, gloves, and all) to hand over my trimmer/edger and personally walk me through its features. Great service as always, especially in these times. Thank you.

I was looking for a part that is no longer produced under its original part number for a Craftsman mower. The guys at the parts/service desk researched, identified and although they didn't have it in stock, offered to order it for me. Well done and thanks!

These guys are amazing I'm building a cabin from scratch and running oil rigs so my time is limited to. Chandler really did me way better than he had to. He got me completely set up with everything requested along with my new Echo Cs-800P beast of a saw. Extra bars. Chains. And everything. And even helped me out tons getting it to me due to my wired schedule and extensive travel cross country with work.

Hands down best store for all your lawn and tree trimming needs. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. It is my go to place for all my tree trimming needs. Equipment is pricey, but that is expected as it is quality stuff.

Great customer service (after I was helped and waiting while the guy went in the back I was asked if I needed help by three other people!). Friendly and helpful. Well stocked with parts and every piece of power equipment you'd ever need for your yard. Definitely a five star business.
Follow-up: I had taken in a Toro leaf blower for warranty repair. 10 days later a brand new one was delivered to my doorstep by UPS from Toro. Again, terrific customer service!
