Rich's Car Wash - Fry Rd., Cypress TX

Good service, clean place, some vacuum tubes were broken, for the place being new and being somewhat broken is not very good, the air lacks power, and they should put two vacuum hoses per car.

Scratched my bran new 2023 car horribly. I feel so bad now. I filed a claim before and it seems like they add artifacts to the video that you can tell it was like that before the wash but now that I see a very obvious brush drugging on the front hood of the car I’m not sure how to proceed yet. Please refer to the picture and I would appreciate any opinion and if this happened to you too

I love Rich's Car Wash on Fry Rd. Never too busy and puts an awesome shine on my vehicle. It is one of the best around that gets the tires sparkling too! Only wish they took Fleet Voyager cards as payment but other than that it is great!

This one of the best so far car wash detailing they really take there time to clean my car and the service is excellent and good prices compared to other car wash, I highly recommend, remember that you gave wait to get better results ️️️️️ I will definitely give them 5 stars

Place is new and nice and that is why i signed up with it. However the wheels brushes needs attention, it needs to be cleaned or replaced because it is been leaving stains on my wheels constantly.

Great car wash with towels, glass cleaner, air compressor at each vacuum station. Friendly staff, attentive and helpful. Prices are very reasonable.

They do not have cloths to clean and dry nor liquid for the glasses as in other car washes and they have the same cost as the others that if they do

Fast, efficient, detailed cleaning without the hassle. Bring your cleaning supplies for the interior because the vacuums are awesome!

Nice curb appeal since it was recently built but after trying out it seems a bit overpriced for the quality of wash. Service also seemed mediocre compared to other nearby places.

Looks very nice and new so thought I give it a try. Car wash was good. Vacuums very strong. Matt cleaners they have can be useful. However vacuums only have the long crevice tool which can make it time consuming to vacuum entire car with. Quickquak carwash has both crevice tool and wide suction tool so gives option to use whichever tool is necessary depending on area being vacuumed. Also not sure why they decided to add a center concrete curb by entrance/exit of this place as it can easily damage wheels if not looking out for it when driving in or away. Seems was added to look nice but already seems like many cars have hit it as it is randomly placed and not expected

I’m a member here, but each wash leaves black residues on the trims, looks like tire shine I believe. I’ll need to cancel my membership.

Be very careful when you come here to wash your car. Their equipment damaged my car. They claimed no responsibility and/ or liability for that. Worst customer service experience ever. Better yet, drive just 0.4 miles further, get to Quick Quack Car Wash and get cheaper and better service there. Don't be deceived by how new this place is. They are not matured enough yet. To be fore warned is to be fore armed.

This place is awesome! No lines. Vacuums suck very well. Plenty of trash cans. I bought a monthly membership. Highly recommend.

Their basic isn’t even the level of basic of blue wave. Didn’t wash anything till we had to pay to upgrade to the $20 one and even with that still has spots where it was dirty. Why would I want to go thru a drive thru car wash if I still have to finish it off by hand. Waste of money and time. Quick quack is so much better this this.

Good wash. Special price today was $5 for a basic wash. Vehicle speed was nice and slow, brushes were nice and slow as well. Great coverage with the brushes and soaps, and they were nice and gentle with their pressure against the car. Vacuum area had a hose on each side of the car and a high pressure air nozzle as well. The vacuums are very strong as other have noted. Towels are available, but you’ll have to find the cart up near the office. The towels have dried out, they would work better if damp. 4.5-stars.
