Rick's Cleaners reviews
17Friendly staff, but mistakenly charged for an extra shirt and some linen shirts were poorly ironed with wrinkles. Improvements needed.
Great value and quick turnaround. Substantially less expensive than competitors in the area.
We take my husband work shirts we have asked for heavy starch and seems we get light to med, as soon as he puts it on it wrinkled. I don’t understand how my laundered shirts are more expensive than his, same material and brand. I have given them 3 chances and still not very happy with the service. Not to mention the customer service rep is rude and always in a bad mood.
I am extremely disappointed that is has been 2 1/2 months and i’m still waiting to get reimbursed for a new pair of Tommy Bahama jeans that were lost.
I’m happy with the service! I’ve been Ricks cleaner’s customer for perhaps almost a decade now. They always do a great job on my clothes! Thank you!
They were awesome. I had a suit that was turned down by another cleaner - who told me that it couldn't be cleaned, but Rick's did the opposite. I've got my suit cleaned quickly and it looked excellent. Thanks
I’ve used many dry cleaners around the Cedar Park/Leander area. This is the first cleaners that hasn’t damaged my garments, and actually care about their customers along with great prices. Rick’s is definitely my good to cleaners from this day forward.
Keep up the great work!
Ricks has always done a good job. But if you ask for light starch, be prepared for NO starch. My clothes still had wrinkles.
My clothes always come back clean and well pressed. They remove collar and other stains really well. Quick, professional and cost value!
Do not recommend, do not go here.
This place was a total let down and disappointment. Attaching photos for reference but they did an awful job dry cleaning. Wrinkles and creases everywhere.
Will not be returning and am very upset because I depend on my work clothes to be done to professional quality as appearance is important in my industry. Now I do not have the time to wait on a different dry cleaner as it is mid week.
Do not waste your time or money going here unless you have mediocre expectations.
I had my daughters wedding dress cleaned and preserved here and they did such a nice job for the price I paid. Very reasonable compared to other cleaners I looked into. Thank you!
My husband has an expensive shirt, though he hasn't worn in over a year, but now needs for upcoming wedding. When he got it out of closet, there was a big mystery stain on the front. I took it and some other shirts to Rick's for dry cleaning. When I picked them up, they were very nicely dry cleaned, with exactly the right amount of starch. The mystery stain was gone! I've had terrible experiences with Jack Brown cleaners, so I am very happy to use Rick's.
Good quick service on shirts, however broken buttons are not identified or replaced. For the higher price I would expect a higher level of service.
The staff was friendly and efficient during drop off and pickup. The price was right and the garments were well cleaned.
Items were clean, however my brand new dress shirt still had the factory folded creases from being in a package. This should have been pressed out.
I live in Liberty Hill and drive here simply because of the communication. I love their text communication updating me when ready. Maybe other places offer, maybe they don’t, but this was the first place that did for me and the quality is always consistent.
Rick’s does a great job. I’m not thrilled with the dry cleaning price as it was cheaper in the area I moved from, but after researching others in the area, they do seem to be the cheapest by far at 4.50. I do, however, have an issue with this particular location (Bell Street, Cedar Park) as there is no close parking or drive through area. If you have several items, you may need make several trips. I had to plan my pick up around a storm that was passing through, so as not to be rained on, etc. The company should consider leasing a different location. And, yes, I know I can pay even more and have it delivered.
