Though the store staff is very nice and pleasant, all the 7 pairs of mens trousers except one pair were creased incorrectly.

Today is the second time, at the Georgetown location, we have gone to pick up clothing after 5pm and the clothes have not been available. This time we paid for rush and showed up after 5pm to be told " the truck hasnt arrived".

We don't live near this location. The clothing sent off is used for work, so since I can't get my clothes, I can't go to work! We tried the Austin location and was let down by this company's service so we then tried the Georgetown location and still get let down. No more Rick's cleaners!

On top of everything, we receive a text alert at 715 after they have closed that says the clothes are ready.

Inexpensive. But garments still had dust etc. Not entirely cleaned. Didn't have time to go back.

I took in my winter coat to be cleaned. The front desk person was very courteous and helped me right away. When I went back to pick it up it was available right away due to the fact that they were very organized and it looked great and like new. The prices are incredibly low for such a good job! I’ll be back as often I can with an other items I have been putting off! Great company!

I have mobility issues and they even came out to my car twice… to pick up my item and again for credit card signing… now THAT is service!

They are very friendly, I enjoy walking in and being greeted my clothes are nice and fresh. Thanks for being at this location, but would like to have one in Jarrell.

They did a custom repair on a comforter one of my favorite comforters I repaired it in a reasonable time and also deep cleaned it. I was very satisfied and happy with your work.

We have been a regular customer for several years. The service is great and the people are friendly. Pricing is competitive. Wish they would open one in Liberty Hill.
