Dr. Rico is very patient, speaks with kids very nice and respectfully, and her staff are always very helpful.

I recommend Rico Pediatrics to EVERYONE! I trust Dr. Rico with my daughter’s heath. Even when I can’t get an appointment with Dr. Rico herself, I know whoever is available is more than capable. Every person you encounter here will treat you with compassion and the best care. Also, they’ve recently started doing Saturday clinics and this has been a blessing for my family. I used all of my personal PTO from work to make doctor appointments last year, so having Saturdays available gives me an even greater peace of mind.

An absolutely great clinic. The nurses are always nice, gentle, and patient with my child. Dr. Rico always makes sure to keep my child up to date on their vaccines, yearly checkups, and sport physicals. I never have questions on what is going to be done on my child because everything is always explained. Although some people mention there is a long wait time, I am not surprised due to their efforts to not let anything go unnoticed.:)

Very professional & friendly staffing. Everyone I encountered took care of my son as if he were their own (even though he put up a fight every time). All the doctors make you feel like family, they’re patient, and LISTEN! I highly recommend! My only complaint is the long wait time between checking in and being seen. But that’s to be expected when going to the doctor, right?

Waited to long to be seeing, it’s frustrating when your child is really sick and asking to go home instead.

The staff is always so friendly. The doctors are always gentle and caring with their patients. I also appreciate that they really listen when you’re explaining and I appreciate that they call after the visit to check in on how your child is doing to see if the medicine is working and/or if it needs changing. I’ve never had that at any other doctors office and I was blown away by that gesture.

She’s a good doctor, never expect more than 5 minutes with her, if you ask if the development of your baby is okay, she’ll just give you a booklet with the milestones. We had to have a video call due to something urgent, they made an appointment at 4 pm for us, it’s 4: 47 and still no doctor on the video call. I think it’s common for the doctors to have all their patients wait all day long for a 2 minute talk and yet we do have to pay 40 dls before the session, without having a good service. Please, make yourself a favor and never have an emergency taken care with them, and always prepare to wait the doctor at least 1 hour and a half, for a 2 minute talk, don’t expect engaging or even for them to know who your baby is.
