The worst company to deal with. We have called numerous times in an effort to fix the situation and no response or no call back only then to say “we” are not responding. This company is a scam that tries to hurt the finances of others. Just an awful company and everyone we have talked to has been extremely rude. Just awful human beings.

Will not return calls. It should be criminal what they are doing.update its been two months now trying to get things resolved and customer service is still subpar.

We can't get ahold of no-one in their firm! No on has called me back and left messages as well as case information. They don't send letters or court dates just judgements! This is a crooked firm and someone needs to put them out on front street with their practices! Definitely talking with the news and public officials about this because this is criminal what they are doing to people!

I've called and emailed multiples times Miranda Martinez whose voicemail says that she will return your call back in 24 hours. She never does. My parents are just trying to find out how much is the amount owed that they have to pay.

They WILL NOT call you back, will not confirm receipt of payment, or send information to the HOA. Simply just the worst. I notified my HOA and they didn't care neither. I'm feeling soooo frustrated and received NO help for either part.

The same story as most of the others in their reviews of this horrible law firm. I left numerous messages and emails to Victoria Frost and haven't received any response from her for weeks. When you contact this firm to dispute the debt, they ignore you and wait out the clock. Useless and unhelpful.
The only reason you got my money is because I don't want it showing on my near perfect credit report.
I don't know how you people sleep at night.
