Great location and super cute apartments with new fixtures, beautiful tile on kitchen backsplash and in the shower.

This place used to be pretty nice with prompt maintenance, communicative management, and good (albeit few) amenities. New management has taken over and things have slid downhill hard. I wouldn't recommend moving here to my worst enemy. Management ignores us, lies to us, and doesn't care at all. Things break and we're expected to just live with it. Amenities have been taken away. The place is dirtier than before. Yolanda, the property manager, cannot be trusted. She acts friendly, caring, and sweet but she is a vindictive, lying a*shole. Don't give these people your money. Live elsewhere.

I lived in these apartments for a year and loved it. The management company is excellent and you never feel like there is an issue they can’t fix. The apartments are beautifully updated, and the perfect space for one person or a couple. Gas stove, granite countertops, and modern finishes!

Do yourself a favor and give these places a chance.
