Right Price Resale, Pilot Point TX

Went to Right Price Resale looking for a new stove and microwave and found both! There was a huge selection of new and gently used appliances. We chose a glass top GE stove with a convection oven and warming drawer and GE microwave that we’re gently used and they work exceptionally well! We could not be happier with what we picked out! We had everything delivered and they even HAULED OUR OLD APPLIANCES AWAY! 10/10 recommend Right Price Resale!

Bought a stove, microwave, and dish washer from here all a matching set. Stove works great, microwave broke so I’m unable to mount it (he even tested the screws on the top and said “this should be ok”). Dishwasher worked once and no longer drains. I cleaned it all out and found the drain motor quit working. Take your business elsewhere, really trying to shop local but everything I got was a total waste of money. Not to mention the items I saw in store were not the ones delivered, my stove has massive scratches on the bottom and dishwasher has big dents. He puts the nice stuff out front then delivers different ones. This is all 2 weeks after purchase.

Absolutely excellent customer service! Our washing machine when out right before Christmas so we decided to give these guys a shot. We got a name brand washer and dryer pair new for a great deal. We got the units home, hooked them up and within a couple days had an issue with the washer. No big deal, we still had a manufacturer warranty. I contacted the manufacturer and the soonest they could get someone out was yesterday. The tech got to the house, started going over the unit, pulled it apart, and then stated he was voiding our warranty due to hidden damage due to freight handling. I was livid. I contacted the store and got in contact with Kevin. He handled everything tremendously. After talking for a few minutes and allowing me to vent, he offered 2 solutions, 1 to return my money and arrange pickup, or I could pick out a replacement set and he would deliver them to my house free of charge. I chose the replacement set. He sent me pics of what was available in inventory and even checked his inbound inventory. I picked out the set. Then he blew me away by asking for a little time to test out the units yesterday afternoon and make sure that everything was perfect with the new set. This morning, Kevin met me at the house as scheduled, and took care of all moving of the original washer and dryer and the replacement. He even hung around for a few extra minutes to allow me to toss a load of laundry in the washer to make sure this unit worked flawlessly. It absolutely does! So happy to have found a small business owner that stands behind his product when the manufacturer fails to hold up their end. I will definitely be back and happy to promote this company to anyone I know.
