Prices just go up and up. At what price will people not be willing to pay store things? They hike prices like every other storage place out here because they simply can.

The employees need training. I was told to submit proof of insurance with no deadline given. Insurance was submitted after deadline. Through the process we learned that the deadline was one day. The manager did not make it right.
