Had a wonderful experience with the folks at Rimowa Dallas.
A month back SW airlines really did a number on my suitcase. Leave the corner totally smashed in. The people at the store told me to bring it in as it happens all the time and they do repair work on premises.

After a couple weeks I called in to check the status. They told me that they couldn't fix it well enough to feel good having it go back out the door. So they ordered me a brand new case and shipped it straight to my home. Even with my favorite luggage tag already attached. You get what you pay for and they give it back 10 fold.

Ariana was extremely rude and disrespectful. For a damaged repair, she told me to file a fake airline claim. And I was in a rush to leave and asked her to email the info and she told me to stop interrupting her and to let her finish talking. Horrible customer service for Rimowa.

If you need a Rimowa, talk to Noe. I needed a new carry on suitcase for my upcoming trips and walked into Rimowa to see what they had. I immediately was greeted by Noe and he quickly walked me through all the available options and variants. I told him my specific needs and ended up getting the Original Cabin. The store itself was very well kept and seemed to have a sizable inventory for purchase. Definitely will come back again as a client.
