At first I was really upset due to service at the Fort Worth location but this location took care of all my concerns and needs. The surgeon was so understanding and willing to do what ever He could to ensure my daughter was perfect. The head lady of this office was outstanding and I just love the final results.

I took my daughter here in November for check up. The doctor did the x rays but did not do the cleaning because my daughter did not want to open her mouth. In April took my daughter to a different dentist and they confirmed that CHIP was charged for cleaning on November, even the task was not performed so my daughter could not have the cleaning on April because CHIP takes care of it every six months. I called Rio Dental and they refused to fix the situation. I am filing a complaint for fraud with Medicaid and with BBB.

The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and professional, the office and facilities very organized, clean and following all the hygiene and safety measures to avoid contagion of Covid 19. Thank you.

Great pediatric dentist! Staff is fast, friendly and helpful! The doctor is knowledgeable! My children enjoyed their gifts and visits!

Honestly, nice waiting room, great service. The dentist was an amazing person to treat me. She took extra care of me and my teeth. Huge upgrade from my last dentist who would be an animal working on my teeth and always try to put me down for bot having perfect teeth. Best dentist I’ve attended at.

The office staff is extremely rude.and when they direct to you they are so rude they don’t even looks at you.and they whisper stuff in between them

Dr. Russell is great. My kids love it here. Since you walk into the office they had a lot to get entertained with.from video games to a small theater and the staff was amazing.

Everyone its very friendly and always open to answer all questions.
They make sure to make you feel comfortable and explain every step from start to finish.

Great dentist and waiting time not bad compared to isla dental I’m glad I could count on them to see my son as soon as possible and I’m so thankful for that thank you all ladies for the hard work durning this pandemic. Stay safe! Once again take your kids here they treat you like family and they’re so nice to the kids my son love it and his in love with the ball the medical assistant gave him. And it’s very clean very kid friendly staff.

Been taking my littles here for awhile now. Dr. Torres is their favorite, especially my special needs kid & toddler. Staff there is always very caring and polite.

The service at the Irving location was perfect! I brought both of my children at the same time. Each member of the staff was professional and kind. My 16 yr old son has autism and is non-verbal. Dr. Torres took extra steps and time to ensure he was comfortable and treated him like any other patient and not an object in the room. It really was a pleasant experience.
My daughter is actually looking forward to her next appointment!
