Keep it very friendly, helpful and truthful
I am very happy with the attention I received the two days I visited Rio Motors, the 1st day (August 6,2023) to see and test drive two vehicles, and the 2nd day, August 7 to purchase one of them. The friendliness and professionalism provided to me by Mr. Francisco (Paco) Cantu was extraordinary. I definitely will recommend the agency (and Paco as well) to my acquaintances interested in purchasing a vehicle.

If planning on buying a vehicle best option is to go else where honestly. If it’s almost time to close they are impatient and just make up excuses to not work with you. Also I have purchased before and sent customers but yet they don’t honor referral compensation even after customer purchased vehicle. If you go and claim it they have you with run arounds and not pay.
Well my wife needed a car and just like that she was delivered the car she picked and she was so Happy.

Repairs were just as expensive as any other place. Techs and service are just not it took me car to get serviced and they forgot to put the skidplate on. The only reason I found out was because it flew out my truck bed after they just left it there without telling me. Honestly paying almost 900$ for service then to find out they "forgot" to put it back on or how I asked why they had to step on the trim of the truck to look on the engine bay after seeing a footprint on the front bumper. I know it was the dealer because I took a video as soon as I got it so they can't deny it "whitch they did try to deny it "
Their excuse was all trucks are like that but don't know why put damage on my vehicle instead of I don't know GETTING A LADDER TO LOOK AT THE ENGINE BAY.the work they did was alright but the service was just as good as any other shop. Defenetly recommend somewhere else they don't charge you close to 600$ for labor on 250$ parts
They took care of me in the best possible way, they gave me the best offers they could and they explained everything to me in detail, leaving me completely satisfied with everyone who helped me.
I loved how easy the process was from just scheduling a simple viewing appt to trading my vehicle for a better model than I had originally wanted in 3 short hours, not what I expected (of course I had all paperwork on hand in case I took the offer, which is what made the process fast). Got more bells and whistles for the same price I was going to have on a standard model. Had been trying to trade previous vehicle for years and no one gave me a chance till I found Rio Motor, Thank you.
My sales man has always been Tomas Garza. My family and I have bought several vehicles here through the years. Tomas has always been attentive and willing to help on what we needed. Last week I bought a 2023 2500 HD Diesel truck, the whole team involved including financials were very supportive an explain everything to me. I appreciate all ya' lls help.
Great service, beautiful inventory, and it's always kept clean. They accommodate customers with snacks, coffee, and waters. Restrooms are exceptional! Wait time is very minimal depending on what you're having done. I havent had any issues with the service and plan on continuing to go get my truck serviced there from now on.
We drove from Alamo to Rio for our purchase and do not regret it. Especially because of Marco the finance manager and the sales guy (can't recall his name) who help were amazing. They took the extra time to answer all the questions and make us very comfortable with are purchase. The definitely made sure that our purchase met our needs.
