This is a very profesional place and very profesional people, I really recomend this place to anybody, especially you have to pay out a pocket, this place is very reasonable with prices. The best part is you don't have to wait for too long, the call you as soon as you get there.

Billing Nightmare at Rios: Beware Unexpected Charges/Charge Above Allowance

My annual checkup at Rios left me feeling misled and frustrated. While the service itself was okay, several red flags popped up:

Missing tests: Despite my family history and past checkups, some crucial preventative tests were not performed. This raised serious concerns about the thoroughness of my care.

Surprise bill: My usual wellness visit unexpectedly came with a bill. Diving into the details, I discovered diagnostic codes instead of preventative ones. This discrepancy felt fishy.

Unsatisfactory explanations: Trying to clarify the billing with was like pulling teeth. Their generic responses insisting only preventative codes were used felt dismissive and disingenuous.

Limited insurance help: Even my insurance company couldn't directly address the billing issue, despite confirming the presence of diagnostic codes and charges above allowance. This highlighted a frustrating lack of transparency and accountability.

Finger-pointing to my insurance: Adding insult to injury, their billing/collecting service even suggested I file a complaint against my insurance company! This bizarre attempt to shift blame only deepened my frustration and reinforced my concerns about their opaque billing practices.

Overall, Rios' handling of this situation breached my trust. I urge others to be cautious and scrutinize any bills from this clinic.

For my annual checkups, I looking for a provider who values transparency, patient well-being, and accurate billing.

My Dad was visiting for the holidays and started to feel unwell. Rios clinic got him in quickly and the staff were so good with him. He was already feeling better within 24 hours.

The lady in the front was very nice. However, I waited 1 hr and a 1/2 with an appointment. The dr saw me very quickly and prescribed me medications but didn’t explain anything about either and didn’t even tell me what they were. The lady who did my blood work had an attitude and unfriendly. Wasn’t very happy with my visit.
