Normally I receive really good service but this haircut was was just a bad cut. It's been awhile since I have been to this establishment and service has definitely changed. I showed couple of of pictures of how and what style I desired and I just can't get over how bad it is. Very choppy and can't tell where the layers are. My hair unfortunately grows slow and it will take months before I can start from scratch. I definitely will be looking for another salon.
