The installation went smoothly except that they damaged the attic door which I had to later replace. The system has been working exceptionally since day one and I can already see the savings in my power bills. They offered me high quality panels (LG) and microinverters at a very competitive price. I am fully satisfied with the system and happy that I made the decision of switching to Solar.

No good; they said that the government would give me $10.000 on next years taxes for going solar, THAT WAS A LIE! And that I would get $1000 for referring some one, THATS ANOTHER LIE! Why can’t they just be honest? OH I see if they’re honest with the people they won’t sale their product so they lie to the people. I HOPE GOD FORGIVES THEM but remember GOD DONT LIKE UGLY!

I need to make a recommendation to this company, Rise Power.

Rise Power installed my Solar Panels in September 2021. The crew was outstanding and placed all my panels on the roof.

The panels worked and in February 2022 Sunnova approached me for Batteries. I agreed and I received two Batteries on my System. It all worked very well.

In September 2023 we had a large storm. I noticed that the next morning the Batteries were drained even though we had a full sun. The system did not change at all. I looked at the breakers and they all looked to be on.

So I had the phone numbers from Rise Power, Sunnova and Tesla for the Batteries. I did not know who to call. So I called Tony Bartok, the sales manager for Rise Power. He was extremely nice to us and helped us to get the Solar Panels approved and set up. I explained to him what is going on. He said wait a couple of hours if it is not changing to get the solar, call him. It did not change, so I told him. He said he will send a Technician out to see and to fix it. The next day, Saturday, the Technician came out and fixed the system.

I am extremely surprised and happy, that Rise Power gave me service of my system without any problems at all. That is an extreme good company! If you are thinking of getting Solar Panels, go with Rise Power, they are the B E S T!

We got Solar thru Rise back in June of 2022. Little did we know that as soon as the panels were installed, our solar bill was transferred to another company, and Rise no longer wanted anything to do with us. Especially the salesman Alex. Alex made a few promises to us that were not fulfilled, nor do I think he or Rise had any intention to honor the promises they sold us. We are still waiting on that $1000.00 gift card, Alex?
So if Alex or any representative from Rise comes to your door, send them on their way and go with someone else who will make good on their promises.

Edit; within (12) twelve hours of making this post, Alex showed up at my house to make amends. He spoke with my wife, and they came to an agreement to settle this issue.
Alex returned to our home on 8/14 Monday night and made good on the promise he made last year. Thank you.

That I am, Rise power is an excellent company and Mr. Alex has always helped me with all the questions and doubts that I have had to date, one would think that after the installation they would no longer help me but that has not been the case, I would recommend 100% to Rise and Mr. Alex

Summary: RISE is an excellent company to work with - honest, competent, on time and budget.
I've delt with many companies, good and bad and have to say RISE solar is the top solar company I've every worked with. This is the second solar array we've installed at our current home (capacity 10KW), and expect it and the current array to provide a total capacity 25KW, making us net energy neutral or even slightly positive.

In review of this installation completed last month, and the performance of RISE solar overall, we are totally pleased:
The communication from RISE was very good, substantially better than most any company in any industry I've worked with before. From the president, to their operations personnel, to the installers, they were all very conscientious, courteous and polite. They were flexible with our schedules and in retrospect, honest - everything they told us turned out to be true.
Their monitoring of the system is very good, letting us know when they were setting the system up, tweaking performance and communicating efficiently with professions that are all well trained in customer service.

I've seldom been impressed with any company to the degree that we are with RISE, and hope to use them again in future.

My experience with Rise Power has been nothing less than amazing! My sales rep was super nice and now I have been scheduling with Adrienne. She has been so nice to work with and has been very helpful!

As I was driving in the Garland, Texas area, I encountered one your trucks going 65 in a 40, tailgating and, going in and out of lanes without signaling. He was an older Caucasian’s man’s with glasses, I believe with white hair. That type of driving cast a bad shadow on your company and discouraged the public to do business.

Vanessa calls calls you by your name than hangs up on you! Aside of Kimberly being pushy! Whatever happened to “if I need you I call you? ”

The whole team was great.

Tony was very helpful throughout the whole process and continues to be open to answering any questions after the installation has completed.

Jeremy and his team were communicative about everything and walked us through the installation.

They were easy to work with and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I recently installed solar with RISE Power out of Richardson. It’s been up and running for three weeks now and is producing a ton more than I’ve been consuming. Happy to share because of the fine work that Rise has done, and the great buyback rate of Grayson Colin crediting back the energy I overproduce for the Summertime, it’s 1 to 1 credit with rollover. Happy to recommend my rep Dan Warren with the company, he did a great job. Also gave me the best price of any company I shopped with.

The trust I have built with this company as a rep is beyond excellent! Never has Rise Power left anyone in the dark and service is always on go! Absolutely Love Rise Power!

Hear me out I work for a different solar company I came across these guys watching me going door to door for my solar company I try to be the bigger guy told him we are out here doing the same thing no need to create problems. The guy I spoke with drives a 2000-2005 light blue Toyota Camry I asked if he’s driving around watching me he said YES SO I CAN GO BACK AND TAKE OVER YOUR CUSTOMERS.
There’s no need to follow me and harass me while I go door to door I’m very successful and so is my company because we focus on doing our jobs professionally and correctly.

I have multiple of my customers in the neighborhood that know your vehicle and it has been reported on the Facebook page with your license plate

Thank you Rise solar for wrecking the solar industry for homeowners wanting to make the switch and your own personal company.

HAVE AN ABUNDANCE MINDSET AND BE BETTER!

If I could put zero stars I would! I have never felt so disrespected, I got these panels and was promised I would no longer have an electric bill but here we are a year later and I’m still getting bills from $200-$500 I have called in 4x in the last two months and I still have yet to hear from anyone or a supervisor. No one calls back. They want me to get another lender to apply for more panels I’m already paying $35k for these garbage pieces of metal. I feel played. And I regret getting these with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS SOON AS YOU SIGN THEY GHOST YOU. I have dropped so much money trying to get these things to work (cut trees, replaced air handler, installed heat escapes, etc). This is outrageous.

I've had my solar panels for about a year and I'm happy with them. I looked at a lot of companies and I'm so glad I went with Rise. Jeff Burris was always quick in getting back to me and answering my million questions.

Went with RISE Power a few months ago. Fantastic experience. I'm an engineer so I had an endless supply of questions, and Ben at RISE answered each and every one with technical knowledge and patience. The install team was first class, and overall it just was a clean install all around! Exceeded my expectations. First month's bill came in and it's hitting exactly what was promised in the models. If you are going to do solar, do it with RISE.
