Customer service while cheerful is not actually helpful. Also don't bother calling they 9 times out of 10 don't answer and if you leave a message expect a week for a return call at minimum. They cannot or will not give accurate answers on shipping times for out of stock items and since they don't answer the phones you keep having to actually drive out to them and check for yourself. At which time they will give you another random answer as to when you can expect your items. This is extremely inconvenient since they are close to nothing even remotely residential and the parking is severely insufficient. Then on top of all of that you have the privilege of paying more for your kids school uniform. They are overpriced even for overpriced uniform stores. I don't know if they o repay their staff or if the rent for that very industrial not appealing or welcoming location is exorbitant, they're lining their pockets, or they just pay too much for material it doesn't matter they are too expensive especially for the quality they provide. I am not impressed at all with my high schooler's uniform compared to my younger kids uniforms and theirs cost significantly less. So if you have a choice for your uniform store choose any other option if you don't well I feel your pain and I'm sorry you have to go through it. I will have a discussion with the school about this and recommend either going back to their old suppliers or finding someone else or better yet choose a uniform that can be picked up anywhere because this is not a tenable situation 2nd week into the school year and we were just able to get our kids dress uniform.

Same experience as others. Waiting without any clear date, no one answering the phone now and a brand new shirt that I did get, snagged all over the place after wearing it once! Terrible experience and if they have these issues each year, how are they not fixing it!?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for an order in August for a shirt, ONE SHIRT! It’s October and they are saying they do not have it and no estimated arrival on the shirt. At this rate, by the time he gets the shirt he will need another size. This is just absolutely ridiculous.

It's unfortunate that my daughter's school only has one option as a source for school uniforms and what's even more unfortunate is that it is Risse Brothers. Before posting this review I read past reviews and it is amazing to me that people have had the same complaints of waiting weeks to recieve uniforms with no estimated arrival date as far back as 3 years ago (so you can't blame COVID) and yet no changes have been made by the company to provide better service. I guess when you are in a position where you are a customer's sole option then you pretty much have them at your mercy and as a customer you get what you get. If items are not in stock and an order has to be placed the least you could do is provide a tracking number. Especially if your company is prone to not answer the phone or return emails/voice mails. In addition - an option should be given to have an order expedited. I'm sure parents would pay that additional cost over waiting weeks to recieve mandatory uniforms. My daughter has been in school for 3 weeks now - no uniform, no tracking, employees have no idea when it will arrive. You get what you get.

The store itself is very simple but laid out well and is very clean. We were given personal service and found everything we needed.

Usually it is very hard to find clothes to fit my son so we didn't expect them to have the sizes we needed. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed in and walked through the uniform. Sadly they did not have the pants in his size but they did have it in a different color to fit him with which looked perfect on him! I was told that it might take a few weeks for my items to be ready, but I was okay with that since I purchased them ahead of time, like you're supposed to, to avoid any inconveniences. Got all our uniforms a few days before school started and they fit him perfect with some room to grow. Thanks again!

This is the second year in a row that I have placed an order and down to the wire, no uniforms. Last year I had to settle for a size that I didn't want. This year, I am still waiting for uniform arrival on the eve before school starts. I placed orders for other school supplies/items from other companies, after ordering school uniforms from Risse Brothers, those arrived and still I wait for uniform pants to arrive.
