When my longtime hair guy left the state due to the pandemic, I polled my Facebook friends asking for salon recommendations. Multiple people recommended Ritual Salon, so I got on their website and used the stylist finder tool. Andrea has been doing my hair for 8 months now, and she’s amazing! She listens and asks great questions to clarify what I’m looking for, does beautiful color and fantastic cuts! The salon itself is so clean, organized and well-run; the whole team is friendly and helpful. (But seriously, if Andrea moves out of state I’m going to get a complex.)

Another salon told me what I wanted couldn’t be done and Makenzie at Ritual said “boop” and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was fantastic

I’ve been coming to Mackenzie since she first started apprenticing and she’s my hairstylist now. I’ve gone darker a few times and she takes me back bright blonde. I love how she communicates about my hair goals and keeps my hair healthy. I recommend this salon and Mackenzie?

Shannon has been styling my hair for over 5 years and is the absolute best! She has comprehensive knowledge and experience of coloring techniques and hair. Before we begin, she always consults and discusses with me thoroughly to determine exactly what I would like and makes sure I always feel gorgeous walking out the door. She's taken me from brown to blonde, done highlights, balayage, and I always get lots of compliments. She is also super sweet and friendly. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Thrilled Customer since 2016! Two different stylists have worked on my hair-Linda L.and Suzanne. Both of them are masters at their art. Yesterday, Suzanne designed and implemented a low lights coloring to create a beautiful blending of my post COVID-19 year of grown-out bob and newly exposed grey hair. She also cut it into a layered longer/shoulder length bob (LOB). It is sooo beautiful! The low lights created a beautiful transition from my grown out silver hair to my formerly faded colored dark hair!

Andrea did excellent layering and styling. She understood my preferences. I happy to find my hairstylist at this place.

With Covid at play, I waited 1.5 years to get my hair cut, and was still a little nervous about going to the salon. I’m so glad I took the gamble—Ritual salon takes the situation very seriously with a host of meaty safety precautions. Sadly, my former amazing hairdresser—Shannon—is no longer here (for now), but she recommended Val for my long, thick, curly/wavy hair and I was not disappointed! Like Shannon, Val has encyclopedic knowledge about hair and as a result I know sooo much more about how to work with my hair now. Oh, and it looks gorgeous! I’m just so so pleased and only wish I hadn’t waited so long! ️️️

I went to Ritual Salon for my first cut & color since Covid (9 months worth of roots!), and Savanah nailed it! The salon felt super safe (call before entering, masks on, I even learned that the Stylists are on A/B schedules!). I absolutely LOVE my color and the cut is just perfect. It was the mood booster I needed:)

I love this salon! It's beautiful on the interior, and they make you feel comfortable the whole time. I had Andrea do my hair and she was excellent. She asked me a lot of questions to make sure that we were on the same page and my hair turned out perfect! Highly recommend!

I got a hair cut here in February. Gracie is awesome. She quickly diagnosed my hair and was spot on with everything she said. Her assistant was very polite. Gracie took her time to cut my hair. I have very thick, long, wavy hair and stylist usually undercut my hair and I leave looking like nothing was done, not with Gracie. I could actually see and feel the difference in my hair. She carefully parted and cut each section with precision. It is now September and my hair grew in beautifully! I still get compliments & everyone tells me that it looks like I have mermaid hair because of the way she layered it. I will be visiting her again soon.

Awful highlights, stylist did the exact opposite of what I asked for. Total waste of time and money. Trust me look elsewhere.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had for a hair cut. Janelle does such an amazing job! I drove all the way into Austin just to have her cut my hair. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for fantastic service with a welcoming smile!

I always have an amazing haircut with Robin! She helps recommend styles that look great on me and is fun to work with. 5 stars!

Ritual Salon is a very nice salon. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. The stylist Robin is excellent.

I am always pleased when I leave. The environment is great and Robin always knows exactly what works best for me!
