Have seen Dr. Wu and the audiologist Sarah Williams. Both provided me excellent service & advise. The results were excellent on both fronts.

I hate to post a negative review for a business but this place is impossible to work with. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago and have been trying to call and get my insurance verified, nobody ever answers the phone and I have received no updates. I see all the great reviews but it’s been a nightmare for me personally.

I’ve been worked on by both Dr. Wu and Dr. Williams. Both are awesome. Super friendly staff. Very caring and compassionate. I am a verteran and so most of my medical is done at the VA. However, I have gone out of my way to request Dr. Wu as my ENT Dr. I’ve seen her several times now and even with an upcoming surgery, I am completely comfortable having Dr Wu operate on me. Highly recommend!

It is always a pleasant experience to visit with the doctors and staff at River ENT. They are kind, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. I highly recommend them to any prospective patient.

Very pleasant and efficient office. Dr Cheung-Phillips was very complete in her examination and explained each step. She was very personable and listened well. Her recommendations were clear and easy to follow.

I LOVE Dr. Cheung-Phillips! She helped our daughter get past chronic sinus infections, removed our other daughter’s tonsils, and is now helping me with vocal cord issues. She is genuine and really seems to want you to get better!

I went here to get a second opinion and the staff and Dr Wu, were fantastic. I look forward in more interaction with them. The whole staff is awesome! I would recommend them to everyone.
