I was in desperate need of an apartment, Sandy (manager) stayed past her shift to help me out! She was so kind, professional and helpful…I’m so thankful and glad I came here!

Very satisfied with River ranch apartments. Apartments are very clean maintenance person always around to make sure we need anything. I have no problems communicating with management. Sandy is very helpful and solves any problems that come along.

Since I started my leasing process Sandy from leasing made it so easy! She was super sweet and friendly and made me feel welcomed and In a matter of 2 days I was getting ready to move in! I would definitely recommend reaching out to her directly and she will make you feel comfortable and welcomed right away!

Sandy the manager on site is very polite and friendly. She was very helpful from day one, and answered all my questions promptly. She made me feel welcomed from day one and helped me to get the perfect Apartment for me and my family.

Sandy is such a great and wonderful person I have been here for 3 months and whenever I have a problem Sandy immediately takes care of it! I wish there were more people like Sandy, she is kind and cares very much of the residents!

The apartment manager "Sandy" is a good apartment manager. She seems to be caring about your concerns about the work that needs to be done to the apartment.

I love living here nice ppl around. Sandy the landlord is always on top of her stuff if we ever need anything. We have never had a problem with her.

I was just trying to ask for 1 bedroom 1 bath and whoever gives leasing info on how much it was she just kept cutting me off and said "" hello I'm hearing helloooo"" very unprofessional and u don't cut off your people ur trying to get to buy a apartment here definitely a No to this part of town very rude and unprofessional do not recommend

I love living here. I don't understand why it's always an issue when they hire someone new. This lady Never answers or is there. The door is always closed. When Sandy is onsite there is not any issues! So frustrating!
