River Ranch Apartments, San Angelo TX

For the price you really can't beat getting an in-unit washer/dryer and a fully furnished room right off the bat. If you're hard pressed for cash but want a nice community to move into this is the place. The staff are incredibly friendly and easy to talk to/work with; I've found most, if not all issues I have with my room can be solved with a quick phone call and often times, same-day service is received with no extra cost or fees to my account.the Internet provided here is pretty solid too, I get between 250-300mbps download speeds off ethernet. These apartments are honestly a hidden gem of San Angelo, not entirely sure why they get such bad reviews.

Parents be aware. If your child moves out prior to other roommates you are responsible for their mess also. Charges 10$ for 2 light bulbs, 25$ for 1 bag of trash that was in the apartment from one of the other roommates. We carried out 9 bags of trash that had been left by roommates while ours had not been there since the last of May. 40$ to throw away a toilet brush and multiple other picky things. I was not going in to change drip pans and clean stove and oven while other 2 roommates were still living there.

Maintenance crew is extraordinary! Mike is such sunshine always making everyone laugh & on top of things! Richard & Terry are always working hard, helping keep river ranch up & running! I have so much appreciation for these guys!

Britni was the best! She made the whole experience amazing and seamless and her energy is infectious. Really felt taken care of and welcomed. She needs a bonus!

I was assisted by yadira she was super nice was able to answer all my questions and my brothers as well didnt have to go thru the struggle of translating since she is bilingual! The apartment complex and poeple in it are very nice too

Yadira Escobar and Mike Manly make the moving process so smooth. Yadira really makes the application process so stress free. Mike is always available when I need something fixed. I would recommend RR to everyone! 10/10 recommendation.

Do not move here. Many things are broken, took them WEEKS to fix washing machine, took hours to fix lock on door while being locked out. Not to even mention the bugs. They keep promising to fix the gate to provide more safety, over a year later and that has not happened. Patrol that they promise is nowhere to be seen and is nearly impossible to get in contact with. Not a safe place to live and the managers do not value your individual safety.

River Ranch apartments is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are very room and have a nice home feeling. The dog park provided is wonderful for anyone with fur babies. Love the gym to get fit and catching up on my summer tan at the tanning beds. The staff are wonderful and very helpful.

This is a very good place! The management right now is very helpful and friendly; I like going in and talking to them when I have the chance to! The maintenance can be kind of slow on some things (this is why the review is not 5 stars), but they are nice and very helpful when they perform maintenance. I was able to learn a lot from them in the times they explained the problem and solution to me.

Don’t recommend this place. We’ve complained about the neighbors upstairs nothing was done. The kitchen sink had a slow leak they didn’t wanna fix it. An once we moved out they claimed we didn’t clean the apartment right an their full of it. So avoid the apartment

I love this apartment building! This is the best! I want to thank them for giving me and my family this opportunity! I’m so grateful to be in this nice community! We just moved in and there’s no problems lately. Been loving it here. The leasing agents are the best!

Lived here while going to ASU. They take advantage of college kids. Save yourself the hassle and just go someplace else.

I love living here! I have lived at River Ranch twice and each time has been better than the last. The staff is excellent, maintenece is very helpful, and the property is very well kept and looks nice year round. The amenities River Ranch offers are hard to come by here in San Angelo. You get way more than what you pay for! It really is one of the best places in town for college students and young adults.

I also want to mention that I have moved out of these apartments before and it went very smoothly and I wasn’t charged for anything unreasonable, or really anything at all except for minor wear and tear.

I have really enjoyed living at River Ranch. My roommates are awesome and the amenities are great as well. Maintenance request are completed within 24-48 hours and the the office staff is very helpful. Just last week Ariel helped walk me through my resident portal and was really helpful. Gold stars for everyone!
